It’s hit or miss on the online orders. 1st time I ordered, phenomenal. Portions were great, food was hot and good. 2nd time, food was good but barely even room temperature and the steak pieces were significantly smaller. The 1st pic of my 1st order….2nd obviously is the second one. Same exact order minus the jalapenos because for whatever reason, online ordering didn’t allow me to alter my order. (ordered the surf and turf bowl both times)

The people who work there are rude, especially the woman manager. They give less food than they used to and charge more. I understand prices have gone up everywhere but at least give the same amount of food without acting like it’s coming out of your paycheck.

Disgusting!! The manager should be ashamed! 3 high school kids working and didn’t really care! Manager was on the phone. We were there at 8 pm. The food prep area was horribly messy(see pics). Trash was overflowing! We are big fans of Qdoba, but this location was awful!

I don’t mind paying a little more for a bigger selection. A wider selection allows me to change things up if I find myself coming here multiple times a month; and the selection they offer is delicious. From QDOBA’s burritos to their taco salads to their soups, it’s possible for everyone in your party to find something to their liking. Most often the employees are courteous and helpful especially when taking dietary restrictions into consideration. EDIT: the cleanliness of the place is usually hit or miss. The kitchen was so-so. I don’t understand how difficult it could be to keep the dining room clean when there’s many moments when there isn’t a crowd. (I drove by often to check before i included this in the review.) Is it staffing issues? Seriously, find a solution. The other reviewers about cleanliness aren’t wrong.

Just experienced Qdoba for the first time. So disappointed. I have no words. Looked fine, tasted terrible. I got the chicken bowl with white rice, corn, salsa… nothing out of the ordinary. I’m not sure if this is the standard flavor and quality but I couldn’t eat it. Maybe something was wrong because it didn’t seem fresh and was absolutely horrid. So we spent $27 for 2 medium Dr. Peppers and left hungry. My husband who eats everything couldn’t eat his either. How are you even in business? The employees seemed to just be existing. I swear we can’t be the only ones that feel this way! Is it just this location? The reviews make it seem so? I will never know because I will never trust Qdoba enough to go back and find out. I never dreamed I would be leaving such a negative review but it’s very upsetting when going there was so expensive!

Every time I go here theres a new set of young adults working with no idea what to do. They only hire them because they dont know what a good and fair workplace looks like yet so they can treat them poorly and underpay them. This review is a culmination of many visits. They added tipping at a glorified fast food place? The chips they gave me today were burns and smashed to pieces. No one ever knows what theyre doing and I bet the turnover rate there is insanely high. If you work here, you wont be there long. If you consider going here, this is one of the worst qdobas in town. This is not an employee issue. The poor training and coordination from management and whoever owns this location are to blame. If youre an employee who theyre trying to get mad at over this, tell them theyre a moron who’s incompetent who refuses to take responsibility.

Unfortunately the quality is not what it used to be. The fajita onions and peppers look like they’ve been left out for days every time I go in. The service is hit or miss, and now they’re asking for tips when they don’t even give good service.
