The food was really good but the service needs a lot of improvement. Customers need to be treated with respect and kindness. The people behind the counter were just there. The food buzzer were thrown on the counter instead of being handed to me. Yes, thrown at the counter. The food takes at least 20 minutes to come out and condiments were not included. We went there twice and that was it for us.

Went to Chronic Fries so my husband could get a Nashville hot chicken sandwich. I got the Tijuana Street Fries-Seasoned Crinkle Fries topped with Chipotle Aioli, Mexican Crema, Chili Lime Chicken, Fried Street Corn, Cojita Cheese and topped with Chili Lime Seasoning, Fresh Cilantro, and a Lime wedge. They were very good! Spicy but had tons of flavor! Definitely will be back!

Needed to know if my order contained pork because I can’t eat pork due to my religion and some guy who didn’t speak English picked up the phone and couldn’t answer my question, didn’t know how to spell the name, Denise. When i did ask for someone who had a basic grasp of the English language they hung up on me. Never ordering here again.

They’re food is tasty but their menu descriptions are way off In terms of heat levels. I ordered the basket with Nashville hot tenders and it was like a 7 or 8 out of 4. So hot I had to literally gargle under the faucet to spit out the mucus forming from the spices.

Loaded fries with hot chicken, white cheddar Mac n cheese, ranch and buffalo sauce, etc was out of this world good. Definitely an entire meal, could probably split with someone even, so don’t be scared off by the $12.50 price tag.
