The nachos bell grande have shrank and cost more, the chips and cinnamon twist ls tasted like the oil was burnt before they cooked anything in it. The menu shows they have the watermelon berry lemonade but was told they only have the strawberry lemonade now, if it’s not offered any longer change the menu. I had to go back inside because they forgot my cinnamon twists.

Extremely clean restaurant and bathroom, friendly and efficient staff and delicious food served quickly. Fresh potatoes were made for our order without us even asking. Went with a friend and it was his first time here. They deffo made a great impression.

I recently had an issue with an order. I wrote customer service about it and within 20 minutes of doing so I was contacted by the manager of the restaurant, Pam who handled the complaint with such professionalism that I completely forgot how upset I was to begin with. All managers should strive to be as positive and nice as Pam was. She handled my issue and has taken care of it. I eat here once or twice a week and this was the first time I’ve ever had an issue. My husband and I love to go here after he gets off work for dinner. We normally get the same thing every single time so I do think the problem came from the supplier, not the restaurant with the shells. Needless to say we will continue to eat here once or twice a week as we always do! Thanks again Pam for providing a wonderful experience with my situation and handling it the way that you did ❤️

On our last visit I did an online app order. On one of the meals I ordered a mango Fiesta drink. I was handed a Pepsi. I explained that this wasn’t our drink & the lady at the window basically said too bad that’s what you got & slammed the window in my face. I have never had that type of service before & I love taco bell. A few minutes later another lady comes to the window, she apologized & said they were out of the mango drink would Pepsi be ok? Of course that’s all you had to say. There was no issue with that if I had known it was out. As far as food the wings were burnt. The crunchy tacos were completely soggy.

I went here one night around 9pm aslnf everything was on point ! The service was stellar the workers were so nice to me and they have great energy , drive thru moved pretty quickly , and the food was all fresh ang hot . Definitely recommend , great for the late night munchies .
