We had a great experience on dinning pizza. We order two medium and one extra large chicken pizza with extra cheese and jalapeños. It took a while to get the order but it was worth a wait. Everything was so fresh and hot with cheese all over the pizza. Loved the freshness and the taste. We ended up ordering one more extra large size pizza. Also they have a nice dining space. One of my best experience. Deserve 5 ⭐️ in our service (04242023). The women’s taking order and serving us were also sweet.

I’ve been going to this place twenty plus years.. One of my favorite spots.. I ordered the othered the daily special $16.99.. A two topping pizza and cheese bread sticks.. I asked for half and half on my pizza.. Mind you it was the same pepperoni and sausage, just half mushrooms and half banana peppers and the manager argued the staff shouldn’t let me do that.. She was glad to argue over something as simple as that.. I stated I’ve been doing this for years and she kept arguing over something this simple.. I miss Harley someone who cared about his customers, his staff, people in general.. Erica or whatever her name is, is horrible.. Find a new manager or I will never return!

We have ordered from various locations around the Kanawha Valley. We are in Charleston but order from Dunbar for the quality of the food and the fact that it’s ready when they say it will be. If accuracy of your order is important, this is your Gino’s. This is in my opinion the most professional Gino’s in customer service and food quality. I order from them and go out of my way to pick it up because I value great service, accuracy and quality. Dunbar is our go to.

I placed an order totaling about $50 worth of food. I ordered online from this location. I contacted to find out about my order after an hour. They stated they hadn’t received my order. They asked me to speak to a manager and explained that “yet again another online order was placed but not showing on their end”. They asked if I had been charged. I checked and it showed that I had been. This manager then asked about my location. Upon giving it, she said they don’t deliver here. I assured her they did (~1 mile away). She asked a delivery driver. He confirmed they do indeed deliver here. She then asked if she should take a chance that I ordered from a different store and deliver my food (absolutely not). The driver advised her to re-bill me. I refused and said I’d cancel my order. Checking my account again, the double billed me. If you value your money, time or patience avoid this place.

Reset your times on Google and also if you can’t have an order ready by noon do not offer it by noon on your online ordering. I’ve ran businesses and have never told a customer I can’t do something. Used to be the customer was the issue but I can tell after reading all the reviews it’s definitely this stores management!

I have ordered from Gino’s for year’s. The last 6 months has been awful service and pizza. Tonight I ordered a pizza that I had a coupon for a 16”pizza with 2 toppings and any 10 piece order of wings as I did about a month ago. They delivered it then but this time they said it was for pickup only. Exp.5/31/19 It has nothing on the coupon about picking it up. It does say delivery charges may apply. We knew that. They would not deliver and said it was pick up only I also talked to Harley and he said the order was only for pick up. If it is for pick up only it needs to have it wrote on the coupon !!!!!!!!!! I wasn’t the only person that had called with the coupon and turned away.

Called an order in and told me it would take an hr. For my delivery. Took all my info. Everything good. “” 1 hr later they call me and say I’m out of their delivery area. 3.5 miles is how far I’m from there store. This makes me very upset. Will never eat at any of these chains as long as I live. And I will deter all who ask. Best advice is to actually learn your job and do it to the best of your ability if you would like to achieve greatness in life. Keep on that path and you get nothing.
