The service was strange. Usually everyone is fairly friendly but the last 2 times they looked like they would rather not talk to anyone. No thank you, no smile, no hello. The employees did not look happy to be at work. The food was edible (i guess) with the exception of excess, oozing condiments. No manager in sight. Not sure what’s going on over there but when your employees look miserable when you walk in when they are usually sweet and friendly…perhaps management changes are needed.

The food is good. My favorite sub is the new York steamer. The staff are helpful but it can take a minute to get your order sometimes but this isn’t the norm. The food is kinda pricey for subs. And the Mac n cheese isn’t that great. I do love the bread tho. Have been here many times and the subs were great each time@
