The pizza is horrible. They’ve changed their sauce, which is comparable to the tomato paste you pull straight from the can. It used to be sweeter and thinner. The crust of the pizza and their breadsticks taste like you’re eating salted paper. They took away the Hut favorite seasoning also. Pizza Hut should’ve left the love and care in the ingredients and food, the old recipe was better ! They charge to much to be just whipping up the cheapest scraps and throwing it in their recipes. I use to be a big fan, unfortunately I won’t be back again. The only reason I gave them 2 stars was for the service. The workers are fantastic.

Just got these home from a curbside pick up… Wednesday wings night… and I get little nuggets of breading covered in BBQ on a 16 piece order. Pathetic. I honestly cant believe a manger would let this go out like this on an order. Literally paid for 16 and got 8 actually wings. If I wanted popcorn sized nuggets I would of went to Sonic.. at least they give you meat with their crumbs!

This particular location is a joke. You order at the counter, go pick it up when they call your name. IF you want to download the menu they don’t provide. There are no servers to get refills…etc. I didn’t stick around long enough to find out but I don’t think fountain drinks are even available. Might as well go to carry out only.

I haven’t ordered from here in over a year due to cold, nasty food & rude employees. BUT I gave y’all’s another try last night & WOW I’m impressed. I placed my order online, received updates on my order & it was delivered at correct time as stated. My stuffed crust pizza, chicken wings & garlic parmesan knots were all fresh n hot & the delivery girl was awesome! I was amazed, so HUGE THANK YOU to the WCH Pizza Hut…you hv my service back!

They’re only open till 8pm now. Called multiple times trying to get through then gave up just drove up there and there was a sign on the door that said due to being short staffed they were only open 12 to 8

I have ordered from this location about a dozen times. As I recall they have messed up an order 1 time and it was minor (they forgot 1 topping on the pizza). No body is perfect, but I have always recieved friendly service from this location. I live 20 minutes away and always pick up my order. When I get home food is still warm, if not hot, and has always been delicious!
