Went during lunch time. It was pretty busy. Kinda of a funny shaped Costa vida it’s long and skinny. Food was hot and fresh. Large drink is like $2.50 but has refills. Plenty of places still left to sit, they have outdoor seating. Would recommend visiting this one.

I usually would avoid posting a review because nothing can be done when your order is messed up but today I am beyond ticked off. I ordered pickup through online ordering and asked for a regular chicken salad. No rice. No beans. No pico. No guac. Drive all the way to Logan only to get back home and find surprise after surprise of all the things I asked to be removed. Please see the receipt and picture of my salad. I’m so sick of the food service industry. They’ve become lazy and incompetent. And I’d like to note the girls working the counter have zero customer service skills. It’s like talking to a door every time you visit this location. Train your staff.

Costa vida is a fantastic place to go when gluten free. They are always so good to wash and change gloves when I ask so that I don’t get sick. The food tastes great. This particular Costa Vida has a fantastic atmosphere. I want to give a specific shout out to Adrena who was making sure the restaurant was clean. This was the cleanest Costa Vida I’ve ever been inside and I attribute that to her. It definitely made my lunch experience and the atmosphere that much better to have such a clean restaurant!

3rd: Okay now I’m getting a little annoyed. This time I ordered through the app and paid $0.25 for EXTRA tortilla strips and they gave me less than a normal portion! It may not seem a big deal to some, but if I pay for and ask for something extra there better be a ton! Especially something as simple and cheap as tortilla strips! ♀️

Food is always good. My issue is with the inconsistent price of my order. I always get a salad with half chicken, half steak. I am not asking for extra meat, just half of each. Half of the time I am charged an up charge for steak, which is what chipotle and the other Costa Vida locations do, and half the time I am charged for steak and extra meat. This makes a huge difference, paying $15 for a salad instead of $12 makes it hard to keep coming back.

Every single time I order through the drive through they forget something. This is the one time I didn’t check my entire order before leaving the window and they forgot an entire meal and all of the ranches. It’s just annoying that I have to double check everything, every time. Also driving back 10 miles to get the items I paid for, but we’re forgotten is equally annoying. I really like supporting this location, but I’ve found the northern location so much more consistent.
