I live in Somers Point and frequent the McDonald’s often. Yesterday’s order was the 4th time that I’ve gotten my quarter pounder with cheese basically raw in the middle. Not just a little pink. Bleeding raw. Had to toss 3 burgers away yesterday and will not be back. There are too many McDonald’s around to settle for raw food. Didn’t even bother to take it back.

This is always an issue with drive thru usually I don’t get my complete order. This kids working there don’t know how to count money or simply take an order or even ask you what you order before paying it. I gave the guy 20 got back 6 bucks this was just for a happy meal a small fries and a small sprite… I remember seen 10 bucks on the screen. Then I get my stuff and the girl says you paid for the wrong order and asked me for a 1.60 so no I will no longer be going to this McDonald’s.

This location tends to be hit and miss, whether it is through drive through or DoorDash. The fries are almost always cold. Tonight I got my DoorDash order, and the fries were inedible before I microwaved them, and even then, they weren’t that great. I keep giving this location chances, but I’m not sure how much longer I will at this point.

Terrible customer service. Wanted a simple fish filet and fries. Walked in no one at counter. Order board didn’t work. Found employee talking to friends, had to ask him for help with . Got counter service, placed order. Fires were cold, manager was over consumed with screwed up door dash order. Help appeared to be a bunch of high schoolers more concerned with nonsense in the cooking area than customer service. Bad, Bad.. will never go back. Fries were cold to boot.
