My friends and I found a gem while visiting the Magnolia Silos in Waco Texas and Trust me we will definitely be back. We had the BBQ, ribs, brisket, potato salad and beans. Every bite was deliciously delicious . the owner was awesome, nice and friendly and his cousin kept us entertained while we watched the owner work his magic. We will definitely be back!

I’m from Corpus Christi. I showed up after they had closed but Mr. Bill saw me through the window. He unlocked the door and let me in anyway. We had a great conversation while he was getting my ribs and sausage together. He’s been making BBQ in that spot longer than I have been alive. BBQ WAS AMAZING! Potato salad and beans were too.

Good homemade barbeque run by a local man. Very reasonable prices. It’s a small restaurant so you’re probably not going to take the family, but it’s worth stopping in and getting carryout. I did find the dishes too sweet – adding some spicy would balance it – but it might have been just that day’s batch. Support local businesses!

We were looking for some good Texas Barbecue in Waco,Texas. We were on our way to Magnolia Silos Market and this location came up with amazing reviews. It’s the epitome of hole in the wall. I love hole in the wall, holier the better. Mama & Papa B’s Bar-B-Q on Clay street fit the bill. It’s right down the street from Magnolia and very close to Baylor University. Check it the next time you’re visiting. Billy treats you like family. It’s authentic Texas BBQ with a family homemade sauce. Small menu and he has Dr Pepper in a bottle. It’s a neighborhood family place. You will not regret going here.

The food was good but the customer service lacked. The ordered taker was very unpleasant. I paid for extra bbq sauce and she filled it half way, tried to take my money before telling me the total. Will not be going back.
