This was the cleanest and most efficient chipotle I have been to in a very long time! Food was fully stocked, bowl was prepared with great portions, and the line and store were super clean! Staff were so nice and welcoming. While there are many chipotles closer to my house, I will absolutely make the drive back here every time!

Don’t ever order doordash from this location. First I received and order for Steven and Danielle. Doordash gave me credits and I reordered myself the same burrito I tried to order the first time. I somehow ended up with an incorrect order AGAIN!!! I even called the store and told them my first order dropped off was wrong. The person on the phone said they’re working on my burrito right now. They also gave me a 1/4 of a bag of chips. I expect better. Also, trying to call and get through to the store is a PAIN, the automated system is horrific. Took 7 minutes to finally get to someone in the store.

The staff was so rushed they didn’t even made my food correctly the chips were stale and salty. Also cashier was so impatient she charged me for the random stranger behind me and got upset because she messed up. The queso was thick and not creamy and that alone disgusted me overall not a good experience

This place is REALLY skimpy on ingredients. I had to ask to add cheese 3 times because the guy put 5 strings of shredded cheese originally and kept adding 5 more each time I asked. Husband had to ask to add steak as again they barely put anything originally. Can’t imagine what you get if you order online.

This has happened a few times but how am I supposed to have my child put the meat in an already cooked cheese quesadilla? Makes no sense. Good quality and how it’s put together is never consistent. Rice was bland. As you can see in pic it’s just white rice. Beans are sometimes spicy, sometimes not. Been really disappointed lately. I work nearby and was an easy grab and go lunch and I eat there often but I’m gonna go elsewhere for now. Not worth the guessing game.

This was one of the best Chipotle experiences that we have had. We tried the new chicken al Pastor bowl and burrito and guacamole. It was fantastic. Everything was fresh and served quickly. The only complaint was that the guacamole wasn’t smashed up enough and we had rather large chucks of avocado, if that’s a bad thing. This location has always been better than most around it.

Horrible service. Went in there and the white girl serving the food was trying to serve everyone fast so she was putting small servings on everyone’s order when I asked for more meat she looked at me like I was crazy. Then the cashier girl asked me once if I wanted any drinks or side with my order, I was looking at the drink options so I didn’t respond so she just read me out my order total. I was just like okay whatever no drink i guess so I pay, grab my chipotle bowl and leave. When I get to my office job I realize they didn’t give me any utensils or napkins so I can’t even eat my food! We are paying 15$+ for our meals we shouldn’t be robbed of our portions and have missing utensils/napkins because staff wants to rush our orders. Terrible service.

I love Chipotle but this one sucks. I hate that DoorDash chooses this one over the one on 86th and Allisonville for me. My tacos today wouldn’t have satisfied an 11 year old child in portions. My side of guac for my chips and quesadilla weren’t even halfway full in that plastic cointainer they give you and I’m not exaggerating. Chips are NEVER cooked long enough. 3/4 orders I get from here have something seriously wrong with them. Fire the GM and get someone else. This place is currently trash.

Never come to this trash place, not only are you gonna have to wait 20 plus minutes even if you order online there gonna be out of half there items and only gonna tell you that after you’ve been waiting and don’t do anything to try and compensate for them wasting your time, got charged a full burrito for just 2 items on it cause they were out of everything else and couldn’t do anything to help and only told me they were out once I stood in like for 15 minutes, would really love a manager or someone to do there job for once and maybe help the customer for once
