The website does not allow a person to change from carryout to delivery. I was finally able to figure out how to do it, but only because I have an account. After spending 45 minutes putting a large order together I had to call the store to ask for help on changing from carryout to delivery. They did not know what to do, so I finally just opened up another tab to the website and clicked delivery and was fortunate to see my order in the cart. The rest of the experience was great. The order was delivered as expected and it had all the correct items in it and the delivery person was very nice. I like Pizza Hut pizza better than any of the other chains and most of the individual places in my area.

Online ordering was very user friendly and easy. I called the location to confirm that my order had been received – the customer service was very agreeable as well as the delivery time frame and delivery driver. Unfortunately, the product received can only be described as near tasteless, though edible.

Everything is to expensive for about the same thing as dominoes or little ceasers and they also treat there employees badly and get after for a small little mistake they make and I also think that managers there don’t even know how to manage a proper restaurant so ridiculous who ever promotes these people as managers must really be desperate cause i for sure wouldn’t.

Got here and restaurant was hot. Server was very courteous; however we waited a long time for our order n it wasn’t even packed. After awhile waiter tells us we have to wait longer cause our pizza was burned( I didn’t know this could happen) so he brings out our wings which were cold to the touch. I went to the counter to tell them and pass by a table with 3 employees sitting down . One Gets up to tend to me..idk if one of them was the manager but and if he was..he didn’t act like one. A good manager would of gotten up to ask what was wrong right away. Let’s see how the wings come back. Hopefully the daytime crew is better. ♀️

I ordered Pizza from this location twice during my vacation. First time it was alright definitely tasted different than any other location I’ve eaten at. The Marinara sauce tasted way different almost like there was no seasoning in it.
