I won’t comment on the fact that the pizza was cold and took an hour, I’ll blame that on delivery. That said, still a 1 star. I ordered a chicken, spinach, alfredo pizza with extra cheese. I paid $2 for about 10 leaves of spinach, $2 for like 10 pieces of chicken, and $2 for extra cheese that wasn’t even there. To be honest i dont even think theres alfredo sauce on it. Then another $3 for it to be large. Look at the pizza. It’s pathetic. My $3 for a large just went into the crust. This was my first time ordering Papa Johns in years and I was extremely disappointed in the quality and price.

OMG does this guy have an oven in his car Lol my pizza got here so fast and so hot! I know it’s not going to happen all the time but this is the first time I’ve ordered Papa John’s and it is the bomb! I stopped eating just so I can let you guys know how much of a good job you’ve done. My daughter ordered the pizza for me, so I’m going to come in the store in personally give my driver a tip for doing such a great job getting my pizza here hot is fast. Thank you Papa John’s! Went to another Papa John’s on Pioneer and the pizza was terrible. Mgr put credit on my account. Called Pioneer store they said it didn’t have anything so they couldn’t do anything. As I told them it was their store. Went to Baird Farm location and the mgr there was very nice. I showed her email and she helped me right away. Pizza was hot and delicious. Very professional. This is the location that I will visit now. Thank You

If I can rate them -0 I would. They said my pizza was delivered at 10:04pm when I ordered at 8:20pm. Check outside there is no pizza. Calls the store to speak with the manager, she tried to say that I had the pizza. Then I she said wait 5 minutes because the door dash guy has a lot of deliveries. So I waited 5 minutes, calls the store again this time an older guy answered. He told me I could get a refund or stored credit, or make an another one but it’s going to be ready an hour. So this time I goes to the store to speak with the manager. Management was so rude and disgust and then calls the police says that I am trespassing and banned from that papa John’s. DO NOT GO HERE!

Problem with this Papa John’s, once again. The last time, a driver, employed by Papa John’s, cussed me out because he couldn’t find our apartment. This time, the driver marked our pizza as delivered and it wasn’t, so I called the store and whom I assume is a manager called the driver and was told he called me and I didn’t answer, then he banged on our door and no one answered so he left the pizza at the doorstep. I told him no one called me or knocked and I have a ring doorbell to prove that. Shawn said he would have to check the driver’s phone to confirm the story because when this driver says something, it’s true. I asked him to go ahead and refund the order and we’ll order from somewhere else, and he said he can’t until he checks with his driver. He may as well have come straight out and called me a liar.

I ordered and the door-dasher who was supposed to deliver just delivered to the building not my apartment. I had to go up to papa John’s who I dealt with the assistant GM regarding my order. I showed her the picture of where the dasher said they left my order and asked if papa John’s would politely correct the issue by remaking my order and providing a discount for the error by door dash. Cameron Shady and her staff honestly went above and beyond for me due to doordash error! I really appreciate the employees in this store for making me feel welcome, going above and beyond for me and also the amazing personalities which made me smile on an incredibly inconvenient trip due to a stupid doordasher who did not follow instructions.

Waited an hour and a half for my pizza. It gets here ice cold. They forgot part of my order. They don’t care how cold it is or how long it took, won’t even refund me the missing items. Best they can do is give me the same item on my next order or wait another hour. There won’t be a next order, and I’ll be doing a charge back since I didn’t receive this one. This is a major international company that should have minimum standards of customer service, I shouldn’t have to go through the fraud department of my bank to refund missing items from my order. This location is pathetic.
