Not usually super pleased with this Dunkin, but it’s close to our house so we come here often… but they have been really cheap lately. Every other Dunkin I go to gives you 2 tea bags when you order a large tea but you have to ask for 2 here or you only get one… took one sip and was wondering why it tasted off… they gave me chunky creamer… this isn’t the first time I’ve gotten chunky creamer here. Not going back.

This DD is down the street from my church and from time to time I go there as a last resort in a dire caffeine fit. They NEVER EVER get the order right. Today I went for the first time since the remodel…ok your building is nice BUT my order was still wrong and my coffee was nasty. I asked for a dark roast with an espresso shot and gingerbread swirl, cream no sugar. What I received was a regular coffee with no espresso cream and sugar…you definitely know the difference. What the cup says is definitely not what I ordered or the $4.87 I paid for. I’m gonna give up on this place it’s the worst DD of the 4 in the area.

Sheesh..the attitude of the servers this morning..it’s not everybody. The food took a long time w no apologies. The syrup wasn’t in the tea as requested, which wasn’t really the problem. It was the attitude when I asked about it. Not sure why people take a customer service type of job if they don’t have the right attitude. How much does it take to say thank you or a quick kind word to a customer especially regarding an order. Sheesh! Oh well!

Purpose
Starbucks is my usual go to for coffee. But my husband was telling me about how awesome this remodeled Dunkin was. It is beautiful and so incredibly clean and I don’t know what they’ve done to the formula in their coffee but it taste totally different than it used to. I get the cold brew on tap.

The grilled cheese was nothing like I thought it was going to be. My father ordered 6 orders of hash browns and only got 1. The only reason I gave them 2 stars was I ordered a small Carmel ice latee and they gave me a large instead for the same price and it was delicious
