I ordered on the app with a pick up inside. I get inside and they asked my name, told me it was next in the queue. I waited 25 minutes before someone else asked my name and told the cooks that I was there. Someone came in ordered at the counter and received their order and ate it by the time I got my order. In total I waited 40 minutes for my order. They were just doing drive though orders. So I did the app to save time and could have my order sooner by ordering at the counter

Tonight was wanting Taco Bell from this location and when I got to the window the lady said that there only doing online / Doordash orders. And there I was stuck in line without a way out for 25 minutes. Why don’t they close down if there not wanting to do there job and take orders from the order area. This place is so unprofessional and lazy if I must say.

At least 50% of the time that I come to this one, they give me someone else’s order. Today they actually asked me to remind them what I ordered at the window and STILL gave me someone else’s food. I guess go here if you want a mystery order, but if you want your food to actually be correct you should probably go somewhere else.
