This is about the third time that I go to this specific location and everything is trash. Once, I ordered an 8 piece bucket. I got 7 pieces and they didn’t have anything but thighs and legs. Tonight, I ordered two famous bowls. She first asks me to wait. I’m guessing she was asking if there was anything for it. She comes back and says okay. There are exactly 4 pieces of chicken and no corn. Never going here again. They didn’t even give me the receipt for me to be able to do a review directly to their company. Oh! And they probably ran out of spoons too because that wasn’t included either.

I would give this location -1 if I could. We drove by after church and got a 16pc meal with 4 sides (large fries, large coleslaw, large max & cheese, large greenbeans) and 4 extra Biscuits. We drove about 40mins home, then realized that everything was packed except for the large fries.

Was trying KFC for a change and terrible service, even the manager was rude and full of attitude. They all blamed me for a small change that is easy to fix, which was to have a different side, even though the coupon said it comes with fries. Go to Popeyes ya’ll, better food and better service.

The manager was an as hole, rude and disrespectful. He refuse to provide me with his correct name and other worker also refused to provide their managers name. I will be reporting him to corporate. I ordered the 8pc for $10.00 but I didn’t state I wanted all dark meat so the as hole manager told me I had to cancel my order and reorder dark meat by the way there’s no difference in price. The as hole manager stated I was going to mess up his inventory if he give me dark meat.. 8pcs of chicken isn’t going to mess up his entire store inventory he was being an as hole. I have been on the phone for an hour trying to get a refund. I have spoken to three different people they all have taken a report then transferred me to the black hole were no one answers. Even if I canceled the order I couldn’t get another because you are only allowed one per order. He’s just being as hole. I will be returning to the to found out who his supervisor is so he/she can speak to Kevin or Toson or whatever his name is about customer servicesnd to inform Mr. Manger I don’t know is not an appropriate answer to a question when you are dealing with a customer.

This place has ok service but will need work. Make sure you ALWAYS check your food before leaving. Recently, I ordered 2 large sides and all I got was 2 small scopes of mac n cheese and mash potatoes. Most of the container was empty. I did not get a receipt for my food and when I called the office to complain no one answered. Will never go to them again.

First off online it says this place closes at 12am. I went there after 11 once it was closed. Today I came before 1030 there was a recording on the drive thru machine where you place your order saying they were closed. I then drove around to the window and was greeted by the rudest little girl with long black and blue braids that are curled at the end. I asked what time did they closed she acted as if she didn’t want to answer my question or take my order. She told me they closed at 11. When she came back with my food I thanked her and she didn’t reply at all, the whole encounter was very rude. Then the chicken was over cooked in the mashed potatoes bowl and it wasn’t a lot of a chicken either. When you call the number it rings busy. The bathrooms are always terrible. Pray I don’t get sick from eating food from here.
