Been there a dozen + times. The kids love it. The employees are nice. The new arcade is fun… Could be cleaner, tables are usually dirty or filmed by a dirty rag leaving them sticky and streaky. Dishes are usually stacked wet… Salad bar needs more attention, lettuce is always brown when I’m there.

We first arrived after 3:30 and the place was empty, but we were told that the buffet was closed for another hour, so we left to do a couple of things and then returned. This time, the house was packed. We paid for our meal and found an open table and went to get our food. Since there were so many people getting pizza and chicken, the food was going out faster than the staff can bring it, but they did an excellent job of keeping up pace and the food was hot and fresh. We were there on Friday March 3rd and the staff did an excellent job, the food was good, hot, and fresh, and they did a great job of keeping thins clean as they can. We also went in the game room to play a few games. Great place to take the family.

Be aware of the system charges your card twice every time we go there. It happens at all pizza ranches not just hibbing. Other then then that we like it there.

First off had to wait ten minutes to get seated. Second floors are dirty as heck my basement floor is cleaner. Little choices to choose from and it wasn’t busy no excuse for how we got treated. And the food cold and it’s 7:30 right now and I’m waiting inside Pizza ranch for my orders to get from could try kitchen next door. Never going again wasted my money
