Always check your order when it’s take out. This is not the first time that it has happened to me. I always order Egg and Cheese Croissants for the kids and most of the time the croissants come out burnt. If you don’t check it, you are at loss. When I called the store they didn’t even seem to care other than saying come back when the manager is here or give you a cold shoulder if you are right there and ask for a replacement.

Absolutely the best service! Donuts and coffee tasted fresh and flavorful. We had the pleasure of meeting Foyez and he was a great person in and out of the store. We had a dead battery and he helped us to get going again- which was huge for us. Then another customer’s car got hit by a car in the parking lot while we were outside. Foyez was extremely helpful to her and took pictures of the hit and run vehicle. What a great crew and a great experience. Foyez is the real deal.

I don’t get coffee and donuts often, but lately I have enjoyed stopping in for a black coffee and donut and a peaceful half hour of reading at this Dunkin. They do a steady business but not many people stay — mostly drive through and take out. It’s clean, quiet, and the teenage workers are amazingly efficient and polite. I especially appreciate the fact that the teenage girl who takes orders is always wearing a mask. Nice neighborhood coffee shop!

This location and the service is terrible. I came through the drive through to grab an afternoon coffee and a couple of donuts. While Reviewing the menu, I had to ask the employee twice to give me a minute while I made a decision on my order. Once I got to the window and paid for my order I was handed my card and as I grabbed for it the employee dropped it on the ground. I then had to get out my car and reach under the car to retrieve it. When I finally got my drinks and donuts, my glaze donut had mold on it. Yes, Mold on the bottom of the donut. I though that the donuts were made fresh everyday? I gave the donuts back and showed her the moldy donuts. She laughed as she showed the other 2 employees that were working with her the donuts. They all preceded to laugh it off. She then tried to replace the donuts and I asked for a full refund for both even though only one was moldy, it had already touched the one that didn’t have mold on it. That place is extremely unsanitary and the employees need to go through customer service and food safety training before they are allow to work in any establishment with food. I’m highly disappointed and will never go to this Dunkin’ Donuts again. I also live in the area and will be sure to let all my friends and neighbors know as well, how unsatisfactory this location is.
