Worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. No service inside. Pay and eat out of the bags and boxes in the dining area that hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Gas stations quality bathrooms. Cleanliness and quality sub-par. Don’t stop, disgusting place to eat.

I ordered a pizza and bread sticks for delivery online and everything went smoothly until I we went to eat and the food was lukewarm. Not sure if they still use the bags to keep the food warm or not but wasn’t happy about it. Just moved so we don’t have a microwave to heat it up yet.

Prices were a bit outrageous but my pizza was done quickly and service was fast. Also, one time I came in here right after putting my dog down because we didn’t feel like making dinner and the staff were so kind when I walked in crying and explained my situation. They were so so sweet and comforting and one of them came out and gave me a hug. That was one of the hardest days of my life and to have that kind of compassion at a restaurant… Takes the cake for me. By far my favorite pizza hut.

We ordered the large new York style pizza, 8 boneless wings, and the cheesy breadsticks. The pizza tasted like cardboard, I got 6 bone-in wings instead, and the cheesy breadsticks was the only thing that wasn’t messed up.

The Framery Etc
My order was an hour late and not even warm. I ordered online at 5:15 with a 6:30 delivery time, when I ordered everything seemed fine with the confirmation text. But at 6:45 (15 minutes after I was supposed to receive my order) I get another text that it will be delivered by a door dash driver at 7:15, and then it changed to 7:25. I also requested no contact delivery because of my dogs and the delivery driver knocked and waited for me to come out bc her note said to hand the pizza to us. Food was barely like warm and the two orders of boneless wings we got were completely different amounts. (Picture before we ate anything) We will not be ordering from here again.

If you’re really, really hungry don’t order from this Pizza Hut, at least online anyway. We sat and waited for an hour for a pizza and soda that said it was on the way according to their delivery tracker except when I called to check, I was told it was still sitting there and they would have to call a dasher to come pick it up. How long it sat there I have no idea but if you saw it there why didn’t you do something? The only decent thing that happened was I told her to credit my card and keep the food and she did it immediately, probably because they were closing and wanted to leave. The food used to be good here but I’d say we’re over it after this stunt.

Service is usually good.. food.. not always the case. They didn’t cover my pizzas. Like there’s just dough and i got food here because of the rush I was in and it was easy. So I didn’t take it back.. the spots on the pizza that are just bare are so hard too

Not impressed at all. Get delivery or pick it up. To eat at this location would be a mistake. No servers or dining room staff at all. We were made to feel like an inconvenience almost immediately. The pizza was served in a delivery box and wasn’t even served to us at the table. Very disappointed. But I guarantee I will not be back or even order from them. The staff was unprofessional and childish throwing a basketball around. Not a fan anymore. Papa John’s or little Caesars would be a better choice. Or your local pizza shop better yet.

Do not buy the new Melts from Pizza Hut. Not worth the money for what you get. You get 2 slices per order and the taste was ok. Not what I was expecting, but what do you get anymore for $6.99.
