Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t the best. My family and I decided to dine at this location last night. We stood at the host stand for 10 minutes which was a little longer than usual but we understood it was Valentine’s Day so no big deal. Once seated, we waited for our waiter. Our waiter took our drink orders and food orders at 7:12pm. I ordered the new spiked strawberry lemonade (which was watered down and just not up to par). We didn’t receive our food until 8:02pm. A couple sitting next to us placed their order while we were being seated. They received their order, finished their food and paid their bill before we received our meals. When we received our food we didn’t have any silverware so we had to wait an additional 10 minutes. Our waiter tried his best but unfortunately, he did not receive any help for the 6-7 tables he had to wait on. Our food was cold and soggy. It was too late at night to try to find another restaurant to go to with my children on a school night. I definitely suggest, making sure all tables receive silverware when they’re seated and more staff.

The food is good but this Cracker Barrel has become the worst. We waited for 30 minutes without a server and then went up to the cashier to place a to go order and they brought it to us to eat in the dining room. No service at all. This an embarrassment to the Cracker Barrel brand. They really need to go ahead and replace their servers with kiosks.

I haven’t been to a cracker barrel to eat in so long, I couldn’t really remember if it was good or not. The store they have is very eye catching, lots of pretty things that pop out and make you wanna walk around and look at each thing. The staff here was very sweet, energetic, and helpful. They made the experience better. The food was really good, very hot & tasty. I loved the dill ranch that came with the chicken tenders. They have so many different options to choose from. I really enjoyed their new fruit stand tea as well. I wanna go back and see what their meatloaf tastes like next time. Thank you for the lovely lunch.

My favorite breakfast restaurant had an off day today, for a few reasons. First, I had to stand at the hostess stand a few minutes despite no line. Second, my hash brown casserole was made wrong, getting basically a cheese omelet on top instead of scrambled eggs. Had to ask for the biscuits which are included but were not served. A table sat dirty next to mine the whole time I was there. Just not the experience I usually have at this location!
