Just a one star because tonight’s experience was absolutely horrible i walk in to get my pizza blonde headed girl says hello are you alexis i say yes she says why would you order so late were trying to go home? isay because i just got out of work she says but still were trying to leave . I do understand its late however if she doesnt like working late hours possibly change hours to suit her but to take it out on customers isnt ok im a customer that always returns not her friend . I unfortunately wont be going back my pizza was loaded with sauce as i didnt request but because it was late for her thats what i got .

Highly recommend if you’re looking for “Old and Cold”. They knew they didn’t have a driver available, yet they prepared and baked our order immediately. $60 worth of “Hot and Fresh” sat in the store, waiting for a driver, for over an hour.

Had recieved coupon for free pizza. Upon ordering the pizza was informed there was a 20 dollar delivery minimum. So went ahead and ordered an extra pizza. After an hr and not hearing from them called and was told they were short staffed. They offered another free pizza coupon for the wait. Pizza got there 45 min later and was ice cold. Horrible service I will never be ordering from here again.

First off the delivery driver was amazing. The food however was cold and we ordered, and paid for, double chicken on our pizza. Take a look at the picture I uploaded…does that look like double chicken to you? Its not even a regular order of chicken. The pizza was also warm at best. According to the tracker it sat for 20 min being quality checked before being sent out for delivery.

Ordered my food for delivery… I stay RIGHT BY THIS LOCATION… the driver delivered my food to the wrong apartment the lady that answered the phone says oh hold on let me call the driver to get it back …. Like WHAT… yea I was “given free food” but what happened to showing proof…so somebody signed the receipt what if they added a tip like WTH

ordered a pizza on 2.22.23 around 5:30 pm, an hour later the tracker said that my order was still in “prep” stage so I called the store to check on it. An hour of calling every 5 minutes I finally spoke to someone who explained that they were short on drivers but they’d get to me in an hour or two… Yep you read that right…4 hours to get an order delivered. I asked her to cancel the order and she acted like I was the one who was being unreasonable…that a 4 hour deliver time should be ok…SMH
