Love their food but not today. Service is usually horrible but today took the cake with the food. Ordered 2 half white meals.Gave me the quarter size not half. Also gave me dark meat which we don’t like. No cornbread so I asked can we get brownies instead. Out of brownies. Ask for pieces of cake. Can’t do that. Asked for 2 bottles of pop. Can’t do that. Chicken tasted as if no seasoning was on it. Mashed potatoes , no flavor and watery. Gravy was completely different. Very thick and extremely salty. Food was horrible and wouldn’t even substitute anything for not having cornbread. Used to love this place but I’ve had it. I’m done.

Absolutely horrible service and this is the second time i order for delivery and I don’t receive my food. I called several times and got no response. My food qas supposed to be deliivered by 830. They dont close until 10pm its 921 and for 30 minutes ive been calling and i cant get an answer to what happened to my food that i ordered at 7pm.

When the Mac n Cheese gets dry from siting around, they add hot water to make it look less dry. Prices are okay, but I think the food is a bit gross once it’s been out for a long time…

I was very disappointed with my service. The girl at the register was friendly. The two women in the back we talking rudely . It look like they were upset because I asked them to cut my meatloaf, all the sides looked completely dry. I won’t never be coming here again disappointment with food and the service. The cashiers was nice , but the other two ladies were not. Don’t work in Customer Service if you can’t even say hello to a customer horrible service at this location the food sucked. The ladies were bitter/ awful I can’t stress that part enough . Save your money go somewhere else. The food is dry and overpriced. Sorry, Boston market. I would never leave a comment like this, but it is the truth , the sides were extremely dried out embarrassing actually.

The service was friendly. The food was what was expected. We got the 2 meat and the nashville hot chicken. The 1/4 white meat chicken was good. The Nashville Hot was meh, and the meatloaf was not great. But definitely not the worst I have ever had either.

Ordered turkey and creamed spinach for christmas dinner and honestly it was worst dinner ever. Thankfully we had other food but the turkey was weird all in these thick identical cuts, flavorless and inedible they were so dry. The creamed spinach had zero seasoning or flavor either. We threw 90% of it out. $80 down the drain and Christmas dinner sucked. Ive been buying BM for years and wont go again.

100% trash. I tried the new rotisserie nuggets and they look nothing like the advertisement. They looked like boiled chicken. The spicy ones have the most disgusting flavor. The corn tasted like rubber, the potatoes had formed a hard crust from being exposed to the air for so long. The only good thing was the cornbread and the broccoli. Not even edible food. Threw 95% of it away. Better just go to McDonald’s.
