It’s been awhile since I’ve been here. Can’t remember if I’ve done a review of this spot yet. Anyways, the place is not that big maybe about 12/14 tables inside. The food is good but the service is mediocre. The food is like a Pho place they have over 40 plates to chose from to include the soup bowls. There’s something for everyone.

The food is delicious and the people working there are very nice. However, I went in, with my kids and mother to order food to go and we sat there for 45 minutes waiting for our food (to go) as we watched a total of 5 different parties of people came in after us and receive their food first. I asked, and apparently they have a policy that if you order food to go, people who are in the restaurant, get their food, made first… Even if the people who ordered to go are physically sitting inside the restaurant! Super disappointed to say the least.

CreAsian is one of our favorites and go to place when we can’t decide where to dine. The food has always been consistently good! Definitely try the Salt & Pepper wings when you go. We usually get the Pho which always delivers but on occasion we’ll change it up. Service can be a bit spotty but they get the job done.

After moving out of town and looking forward to coming to CreAsian, we were overwhelmingly disappointed with the experience. We decided to sit outside (mainly because the restaurant was too hot inside to feel comfortable) which resulted in us being neglected outside for 30 minutes before we were able to order. Then we sat for about 45 minutes before two plates of food (out of the 4 that didn’t match what we asked for) then waited another 15 for 2 bowls of pho. By then, one of our plates were already finished. We were then given a plate of pho toppings which included dead basil leaves and bruised limes (see photo). We realized the chicken pho didn’t have the double chicken we asked for and asked that the extra chicken be removed from the bill which was “combated by the kitchen” according to the server. We still had to pay… I felt bad for the server considering how understaffed they might have been. She was extremely apologetic and tried her best but the time apologizing could’ve been spent being more productive elsewhere, respectfully. Unfortunate to say I probably won’t be dining in again – delivery at the most (if they can get my order right).
