Placed order through Doordarsh. Burger had a big hair in between the meat. It had to be taken apart to find the origin of the hair. Called the restaurant to let them know so they could wear hairnets. Not asking for a refund or apology, just telling him just to wear them. The person who answered was very rude and did not apologize. He just asked me the name of the order and told me he couldn’t see it. I told him I was just telling them to be careful, and he just said “OK bye”. I was not upset or mad about it, but the way they replied to me was livid proof they didn’t care.

I pass by this Arby’s almost every week and it almost always has everything hot and fresh. The service is polite and professional. The only reason I don’t give it a perfect score is occasionally, the chicken tenders or fries are old or I have pull around and wait five minutes or more for my order. I will continue to come here for the food and service.

These guys used to make everything fresh now your lucky if you can get 1 thing fresh. I went to try their new burger and they gave me an ice cold hockey puck that had to have been 2 or 3 hours old maybe more. It was so dry no juice at all horrible experience. I asked them when they made it and said we cook everything to order. I said your lying this is hours old and she says oh do you want another one. I said no and left.
