We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Order two combos and the drinks were missing for both of them. Told the driver and he said they told him we had no drinks but if they would have look at the receipt both of them would have noticed I left a review for the driver too

They had cleaners blocking all but one handicap parking spot. They had no warning or signs to Let you know until you’re in the parking lot then you have to reverse and go back into the road to get into the drive through or park in a different stores lot which were also all full. Then they told me to go to the other drive through to wait. I told them it’s blocked. They looked out the window and said to go on the road and “just make a u turn”. Making a u turn lead me to their blocked drive way so I had to reverse out the driveway AGAIN, find an alternative entrance in the back, waited another 20 minutes with no explanation then got my food with not a word from them. A lady in there was also rude to the young male drive through employee that took my payment. I didn’t even get the option of getting my receipt

Spent over $70 to get EXTREMELY sloppily made food that was cold. The food was literally thrown together. Then they “forgot” half my order. Good thing I checked the bags after I asked if I had ALL of my order. How do you forget 8 out of 17 sandwiches?!?! When I went back and asked for the rest of my order they acted like they didn’t know I had more to my order. This purchase was made 12/30/22. They were not busy when we got there. Nor did they get busy while we waited for our food. There was no line or other people waiting for food. There was and still is no excuse for this. I should have brought all the food back and demanded a refund but sadly I didn’t have time.

Burger King was out of whoppers, so I was told I would prefer Rally’s over Wendy’s. I tried their large Buford combo 1. The whole meal was a joke, except for the Cherry coke. I’m now questioning my friend’s taste, lol.

Out of 4 burgers, 3 were correct. They gave me a totally different sandwich than I ordered. No ice & drinks were mostly flat (eww). And they made is pull up to wait (sat there forever, considering they weren’t busy). Not going back to this location.
