After placing an online order for pick up at 11:45 my food wasn’t ready and I was there for 15 minutes waiting for it to be done. During that time it wasn’t busy and the people working were on their phones and talking to each other…maybe why my food wasn’t ready on time. I ordered two flavors of 30 each. They decided to stuff 30 wings into one of those small styrofoam containers and stuff the other 30 into another small container. The containers wouldn’t close completely and one had to be glued shut with a sticker…meanwhile they’re covered in sauce which was coming out of the side. Seriously….I think for an over $80 purchase I could have 2 more containers. Terrible service. I know it’s hard to find help but management needs to do better training with those that are there.

My friend Larry and I gave this place a try for the first time a few days ago. Expectations were high, but this place delivered on every one of them. Crispy, spicy, delicious. Whoever they have behind the fryer needs a raise! Customer service was excellent as well; the cashier had Yeezys. Needless to say, we will be back!

I think it is in a great location, easy to get to from the highway and locally. It is an attractive building, clean inside and out. The counter girl was amazing. Very attentive, took the time to explain things, checked on us with out making a pest of herself. However, the food was not good. I use to eat at Planet Wings for years when it was on Monhagen. Loved the grill chicken sandwich was was always moist and perfectly seasoned. Not so now. The wings were dry, the grilled chicken sandwich was over cooked, dry and bland. The chicken gyro had small pieces of chicken and was also dry and bland. The best thing was the seasoned curly fries and the amazing counter girl. Unfortunately not good enough for us to come back………

Ordered this for takeout tonight and was disappointed. Spent $4 on an order of tots and literally got 13 of them in the box and they weren’t even good. Also, the wings are SO small. Definitely prefer Buffalo Wild Wings. Won’t be coming back.
