Stopped here while driving north on a long trip; searched around on Google for pizza places in a place I knew nothing about, and was lucky enough to come across Bills Pizza. It’s a small bit of a drive off the highway, but totally worth it. Enjoyed the pizza and the fries (and I say this as a Long Islander!) Small and clean place next door to a rather charming little shop selling local wines and craft ales. The service at Bills was quick, the prices very reasonable, and the service as friendly as a place can get (and, as it was Father’s Day, I enjoyed the gift of a very delicious brownie!). This is the absolute best pizza in the Worcester area. Very flavorful pizza and the crust is top notch. I’ve had a pepperoni and a taco pizza so far. The employees are very respectful and they seem to really love their job. They’re very fast, pizza is usually ready for pickup in 10-15 minutes. I just recently started working for a company nearby this restaurant so I will definitely be coming by a lot more often to try everything they got.

Well, let me first say that we have been fairly regular customers of Bills and, for the most part, they deliver quality products!! Tonight we ordered Italian grinders, curly fries, and without a doubt! Some of best onion rings around!! Well, tonight the grinders were good, though some type of meat on them was more spicy than usual,(not sure if the spicy meat was new or had been on the grinders on a regular basis). When we order the curly fries and onion rings, my wife asks for them to be well done! This has yet to occur on any order! The same story when we order pizza, well done! Does not happen! The prices at Bills is comparable to most pizza shops.

I used to work at a local family-owned pizza place and I know first hand some smaller restaurants can be hit or miss. Bills is definitely a hit. We live a couple miles down the road and Bill’s is always our go-to when our family needs a quick take out meal together, we’ve been ordering from them for probably over 10 years now! They have something for everyone and I can honestly say I’ve never been disappointed by any of the meals I’ve ordered from them. Tonight I got a panini and I was nervous it might be soggy by the time I could pick it up.. nope!! It was amazing and I was so surprised by the homemade potato chips that were included. Beware of the greasy cold food. The icing on the cake with this place is its always twisted to be the customers fault. Im not sure what happened to this place recently but it seems like some of the veteran workers have become a little too comfortable in their postitions. A sandwich off the grill shouldn’t be a sloppy soggy mess that literally falls apart in your hands. When you call to ask for a new sub instead of saying sorry they say what do you expect when you order a sandwich with mayo. Well I expect you to take the 10 seconds to make sure you’re not putting all the grease off of the grill into one sandwich. Other sandwich was ordered with lettuce and tomato and did not come with it. Not sure whats going on there but it’s gone down hill enough to the point thar they have lost us as customers. Two orders ago it was 2 cold pizzas which we were promised a credit for after being told its our fault for ordering on a Saturday night. That credit “disappeared.” Time to take some accountability and stop blaming the customers for bad food and even worse management. Just want to add that this was picked up and opened within 5 minutes of leaving the pizza place so you can’t even blame it on a long delivery. You can clearly see how soggy the sandwich is, but I guess that’s just from the mayo

Bills is a diamond in the rough. Your neighborhood sub shop could rest on its laurels or proximity but Bills consistently delivers local comfort food fast and hot. Well staffed, clean and friendly. We enjoy Bills for pizza saucy food that leans a smidge Italian which is great as I have personally found Central Mass subs to be dryer than I am used to. Keep it up.

Buffalo wings are delicious! Chicken quality is average but the buffalo sauce is awesome. Not a traditional buffalo sauce but super tasty. They also have Coke made in Mexico. This soda is made with cane sugar instead of the garbage the US makes. Get some wings and Mexican Coke…you’re good!! PS, they have a huge selection of food. Try Bill’s

Order #33 on 2/24/22. Food arrived cold (never usually bothers us especially if they’re busy we just microwave really quick) but immediately upon opening my cheeseburger grinder I noticed the overload of mayonnaise that was just slapped on and a hair in the lettuce that I pulled out which was definitely NOT mine nor my husbands. My husbands grinder was sloppily thrown together as well. Both my husband and I have ordered from bills for as long as we can remember. Over the past couple of months they have gone down hill and we are not thrilled. We’re not even bothering to call this time to have the order remade or refunded because we are not coming back if they are going to continue to be careless.
