I loved this place! The atmosphere was great with indoor and outdoor seating. The food was great and the bathrooms were extremely clean. The only downside (which isnt really Hard Rocks fault) was that our ship docked at 7:30 and left at 1:00 but nothing in Key West including Hard Rock opens before 10 or 11 so we were pressed for time.

We were sat immediately $ our host asked if we wanted indoor or outdoors. We chose outdoors to enjoy the spirit of the evening! Ordered the amazing Key Lime Martini & the tasty grilled chicken flat bread! Tasty! And service was amazing by our Bartender Robert! Very attentive and attention to detail! He made our experience unforgettable & very memorable! Can’t wait to go back! One of the Best Views of you like to be in the center of all the action!

Delicious food in an awesome place right in the heart of old town Key West. It has a perfect location along Duval Street. We really enjoyed the decorations of the rock and roll memorabilia and the good music. Great, responsive service, and the waitress answered all our questions about the area and directions to things we wanted to see.

This was probably one of the best Hard Rock Cafe locations that I’ve been to. One of the most unique features about this location is that it’s an old Victorian style house. I really like how they took that and modernized it. I had the original crispy chicken sandwich and enjoyed it VERY much. The service was also pretty standard and found a great t-shirt and shot glass in the gift shop.

The food was delicious when we finally got served. Not our server’s fault, the host sat us in a section that was not visible to our server and forgot to tell him we were there. The server kept apologizing and was very attentive after that. Again not his fault. The atmosphere reflects the name so expect to hear loud hard rock and roll. It’s an experience. Give it a try.

The restaurant has a really nice design and there is no waitlist. I liked the atmosphere as well. The food was not impressive at all though. Pepe’s Cafe can beat their pulled pork sandwich any day, plus their fries were not fresh. The staff is friendly but they need better training bc they forget your drinks and cutlery. I liked that they are super pet friendly and they even offer a free piece of burger for your puppy or kitten. The place is not that pricey either, which is two thumbs up, considering the menu is decent. I would certainly go again.

You definitely pay for the ambiance and the name. Since I’m from Orlando, I’m familiar with the Hard Rock Cafe because we have one over in City Walk. I love extra details and they had a lot of cute features that worked with the brand. The food was pretty good for a chain restaurant. And, the staff was very welcoming.

The food was good. However the service was not what you would expect from Hard Rock. Although we were seated immediately with almost no other guests in the restaurant it took a while to have our order taken, receive our food, and we only had our glasses filled one time after asking several times. Took a while to get the check and have it returned. I’m not sure if they were understaffed or what. The atmosphere is slightly different being in a home. Got the new Messi Chicken Sandwich (was good but tasted like a chicken sandwich from any other place), Fish Tacos, Southwest Chicken Flatbread (tasted awesome), and Key Lime Pie which was ok.
