Wow! I loved this place’s pho! I am a huge fan of pho and went with a friend to visit this place while at a training. It was an interesting set up where if you were dining in, you would just sit and the people came to you to order. I ordered a brisket pho and it was incredible! The broth was delicious and I gobbled every bit of it up! It’s a little bit of a distance for me normally, but I would definitely go here again! Hole-in-the-wall’s are the BEST!

It’s nice to have a little more diversity in the Alvin restaurant scene! I had the Brisket Pho, Fried Pork Dumplings and Fried Vietnamese Rolls. The pho was really tasty, I think they could go a little heavier on the vermicelli but the overall flavor was good.

I can’t describe how amazing the food here was!! I got the get all meat pho and pork spring roll and let me tell you, I’ve been to many other Vietnamese restaurants and order the same things, this place was a whole other level. The prices was very reasonable but the quality is just, *chef kiss*. I 100% recommend y’all to come here.

Amazing “phood”! My husband and I ordered the brisket pho and pork banh mi sandwich and it was so good!! We also tried some of the Vietnamese coffee and it was crazyyy good- if you’re a coffee person, I’d 100% recommend this to you. The owner was super welcoming and great to talk. Overall 10/10!

Highly recommend the special spring roll. Best spring roll ive had almost anywhere. Its not your standard boiled pork belly or shrimp. Its minced and pounded chargrilled pork. They have most of the normal stuff in springrolls with the exception of basil and an addition of a wonton wrapper rolled up with something i wasnt able to identify inside. It may just be wonton but the crunch adds an excellent texture. The sauce looks lighter than most peanut sauces but idk if theres a specialty to it or if it it regular. I added sriracha cause i love the spicy addition for it. According to an employee this was presented at a Houston Food contest and it won 2 yrs in a row. In total, I order 6 of these (3 orders of 2). If you like spring rolls i would give this a shot over the 2 standard ones. These are best eaten fresh at the restaurant or if you are concerned about covid, enjoy them in your car. Its still good as take home but the rice paper loses its soft amazing texture the longer you wait to eat it.

Great experience. Had the delicious Brisket Pho and Shrimp Spring Rolls. Chef, waitress and cashier were all very welcoming, helpful and instructive for a first-time Pho diner like myself. Went back recently and had Rock and Roll Beef w/steamed rice and salad. Beef was braised with onions, sweet peppers and was so tender it MELTS in your mouth and so delicious that you cannot stop eating it. There is NO OTHER Asian restaurant in Alvin, that matches the quality and savory taste of Let’s Pho food!!

Went in to order a simple order of chicken fried rice. $13 is how much it cost, was told its due to the pandemic. Funny every other place in town with chicken fried rice is around $8, which is what their price used to be. If any other place was open in town, would have walked out the door and left. Definitely won’t be going back here again.

Came here for lunch. Ordered the tofu bahn mi. Got what tasted like a bread sandwich. ZERO flavor. Dry as hell. Took forever to make. If you look at the photo, you can see there is next to NOTHING on this sandwich. Now my lunch break is over and I’m still quite hungry.
