Honestly, I ordered through the app, thinking that it would make it easier for them to get my order right, but that didn’t happen. I left the drive thru and turned around to pick up the rest of my food because the gal who gave me my food didn’t check to see if it was my complete order. Didn’t say hi, didn’t acknowledge my existence for that matter. If I’m paying $60 for fast food, I EXPECT to get ALL of my order and at least get greeted at the window. I understand if you’re slammed with people, but there were 2 cars in front of me and no one behind me until I waited for 15 mins at the window for my food. To the bigger gal working the drive thru window at 9pm on 4-8-23, you might need a bit more training on how to be polite and double checking orders BEFORE sending it out. I’m sure it would be very much appreciated from your future customers.

Bathroom locked for 15 min before someone checked why. Both soda machines out of coke, Dr. Pepper and Fanta was flat. After 30 min still not fixed. Informed 2 employees, the first looked lost wandering around dine area. Second said would have to find someone to fix drinks. What happened to people needing a job so did their job & good.

Ordered our food then they said they would bring us our food to play area. So we were given receipt and drink cups. We went to play area and waited and waited. And finally after 45 minutes I went up front and asked if they knew where my order was and she a different gal said she’d look and then bring it out to me. So I got our drinks and went back to play area a few seconds later here she comes with our food explaining it had been under the warmer for some time the guy didn’t bring it out to us. I was so upset so we got old food because there customer service sucks. Yeah not happy with the burger king on 1st st. Next to home depot the bigger guy with dark hair behind the counter shouldn’t say he’ll bring it to you if he won’t. Very rude!!! At least my grandson had a fun time playing the chicken strips were so over cooked he wouldn’t eat them. So they are gonna be dogs treats but all in all at least he got to have fun playing. And the gal was super sweet and helped us find the food and got it to us finally. Thank you Hilda you are amazing. Hope they know how sweet and kind you are. Great customer service skills too. As far as fast food goes I seem to get consistent burgers at BK and for fast food, it seems to be authentic beef & cheese! It’s good, I usually take it home and fix it up, add or subtract. The employees are pleasant, never any issues (I don’t sweat the small Stuff).

I will not be going back to this place again. Stopped by and ordered food around 1130pm. Was horrible. Burgers and frys were cold. Cheese was just cold. Not even melted. Huge globs of lettus. Just horrible. Its a shame this is the type of stuff customers have to deal with these days when spending a bunch if money on food like this.
