Ordered my pizza online at 12:06. Arrived at drive thru @ 12:50. NOT HOT N READY……FORGOTTEN!!!!! Drive thru attendant gave me an orange ticket and told me to park anywhere and someone would bring it out to me. This time I tracked pizza, entered oven at 1:04. Tracking said pizza was ready, no one brought it to me. I had to go inside to get it. Useless drive thru window! Had I known I was forgotten I would have went to Panda Express. Lost customer!

The food is excellent here, the service was efficient. This place was packed, and the line went out the door. That should tell you how good this place is. The staff tried to get through the line of customers as fast as they could. I recommend this location! Just be aware it’s fairly small inside the waiting area.

The pizza was great. Hot-n-Ready is the way to go. Not too long of a wait in the drive-thru and once I got to the window, like magic, my pizza was ready without even a stop at a microphone/speaker. Apparently you can pre-order if you want something not on the hot-n-ready menu but if all your looking for is a good pepperoni pizza (I recommend the extramostbestest) this is the place. The drive-thru is a bit confined and snakes through a congested parking area so beware of that.

They give you cold marinara sauce for your bread sticks. That’s disgusting! I know thats not how its always been done because I worked at Little Caesers when I was a teenager. We kept the Marinara sauce in a Crock pot set in low to keep it warm for the orders. I brought it up to some corporate lady that was there and she dismissed it and said thats just how they do things now. When did ruining your customers experience become the status quo at these places. I wont be back.

Made an online order hoping not to have to wait for my food. But when I got there the order wasn’t ready and I waited 30 minutes (after the time the online order said it would be ready) for them to make my pizza. When the girl came out she had only 1 pizza when I was waiting for 2 pizzas and a cheese bread. I had to take my receipt in to show what I ordered so I could get my pizza and cheese bread. Disappointing with online ordering service

Did an online order that was supposed to be ready at 6:30pm. Never got the notification that may order was ready. Went in to see what was happening with my order, waited in line only to be skipped as the next person in line to be helped. Cashier ended up helping other in line behind me, she was rude and had an attitude. She could only find part of my order. I finally got my order at 7:06pm.

The waiting area food drive Thru was limited due to ola Brew Restaurant. Our food was supposed to be ready at the latest 757pm. we got there at 810pm, and we didn’t receive our food till around 845pm. Mind you, I placed my order around 722pm. It would have been nice I’d they gave a little extra for taking so long.
