Why isn’t there a line out the door of Raspado King?? The staff was super helpful and friendly, and the food is TOP NOTCH! We ate the Biónico, which is a mixture of sliced fruit and delicious home-made cream, similar to condensed milk. They cut the fruit fresh for us. While we waited, they offered us samples of the aguas frescas. We tried the watermelon/cucumber/lemon and lemon/chai, and both were INCREDIBLE. We’re from out-of-town, but if I lived in this area, I’d be coming here every day!!

Best Raspados in town. We always drive 2:30 hrs in traffic from Orange County when we crave raspados. Big thumps up to Azziel for going above and beyond. Keep up the good work.. Best Customer Service

We got the volcano and it was so good! The ice was crunchy, the mango layer had slices of mango in it, and we were surprised to find a layer of actual tamarind. So refreshing!

Yesterday, me and my daughter visited your establishment. When she received her order it was completely incorrect. When we brought it to the attention of the cashier (Naya) who took her order, she was very unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. She insisted that my daughter’s order was correct and she received what she ordered. My daughter is 19 years old and spoke very clearly. When I Intervened and suggested that maybe the disconnect was that they had the music in the shop turned up really loud combined with having to wear masks, it was possible that the cashier misunderstood her. The same cashier rolled her eyes and continued to disrespect us and refused to correct our order. . If this is how you choose to run your business and hire employees who act like this, I will not be coming back.

Great raspados. I got the volcano and it was delicious. Their teas are amazing at well. The lady that helped us was very nice and suggested a couple of teas for us. Great service.

Terrible customer service from NAYE. When we asked a question she was rude and had an attitude the whole time we were there. The food was good nachos, fresas w crema and volcano! But customer service Horrible.
