I love this place. It’s clean–in the kitchen and the dining room. I have a friend that inspects commercial kitchens and they report that this kitchen is clean and sanitary. The food here is great, one of our favorite places. Today we ordered the Poo Poo Platter and chicken fried rice. Loved it! I would definitely recommend this restaurant to a friend.

The waiter was extremely rude. He followed us out the door yelling about his tip. Stood behind the car and blocked us. Absolutely the worst service we have ever gotten. The food was disgusting and tasted like dawn dish liquid. My grandparents and I have eaten here every year we have came to Massachusetts, and this year was the worst experience ever!! We will never eat here again! Nasty people and nasty food.

“Over-rated and over priced.” The food was average, but (white) rice was extra with chicken & broccoli and very little beef in the beef fried rice. The service I received was less than desirable. I did not receive what I ordered and the person was rude and did not care. We will not be going back.

The absolute worst Chinese food I have ever had. Beyond bad. Absolutely dreadful. Egg rolls were cold and soggy. Hot and Sour soup tasted like paste. Pork fried rice had NO pork in it. Just pastyet brown rice. Mongolian Beef. was NOTE Mongolian beef.

The food is okay, the delivery time is absolutely ridiculous. I placed an order from down the block and waited over an hour for cold food. Apparently the driver delivers to the furthest address from the restaurant first. I could have walked there quicker and still had warmer food

Parts of this were okay but overall not a good experience. I didn’t like the sauce on the chicken with mixed vegetables (clear sauce with no flavor) and it didn’t come with rice. The chicken was cooked well, but there was very very little of it; the container was almost all bok choy and broccoli. My husband’s food wasn’t any better. The fried rice was very dry and the chicken lo mein was bland with almost no chicken.

ASK FOR A RECEIPT. Take out order was wrong, went back and was asked for the receipt, I wasnt given one, I paid cash. Paid for the missing items, still no receipt. Got home, rice was dry, burnt and very greasy (served left overs?) Over all the food was your typical commercial made freezer to fryer type of food. Why do we have to settle with poor service and quality food? Never be back again.

Worst food and even worse customer service. They delivered the wrong soup, when I called to ask for my correct soup, the first person said they would bring me the right one. 10 minutes later I get a call from a man that insists I just accept it, and it’s not a big deal. It may not have been a big deal to him because he has my money, if I treated my customers that way I wouldn’t have a job. Don’t eat there!!!!
