We ordered two combos with ice cream. Ice cream was given to us and then we were asked to pull ahead to wait for our meals. The ice cream had almost melted by the time our food was delivered and would have been completely melted by the time we had a chance to eat our meals. The manager had our treats remade which was a nice gesture.

I’m in my mid twenties and have been visiting this Dairy Queen location since I was a small child. This is the place where your baseball team meets up for celebratory ice cream or where you stop on in for some chicken strips. The store is always clean and the employees are friendly. They however, have never ever answered the phone so if you need to contact them you’re better off just going in.

Standard dairy queen. Lines are usually way long, especially the drive thru. Wish they had a separate line for ice cream, as it only takes a few moments compared to the hot food order. Very happy they have soft serve ice chocolate ice cream.

Went in to order lunch. Stood at the counter for over 5 minutes not being acknowledged by any of the staff. They made eye contact and then shied away. The drive thru wasn’t busy, inside wasn’t busy. Been here many times before and never once experienced such laziness and lack of professionalism. I guess management must have been off watching a movie.

Went here for lunch. It was not busy as there was nobody waiting to order. Went to the front counter and stood there for a good 5 minutes without a single employee acknowledging us. Made eye contact with several, and they quickly looked away refusing to say anything. We left with a very upset 2 year old. I then called and nobody could even be bothered to answer the phone despite no customers inside and ONE car in the drive thru. Very disappointed in how we were treated.

I’ve eaten at a lot of Dairy Queen’s around WA state traveling for my job, and this is my favorite one. Workers are really nice and the food always comes out very tasty, I was laughing about it with my coworker how much nicer this DQ is then other ones around.

We only go to DQ for there blizzards; but like most everything nowadays, their prices are REDICULOUS . It’s to the point now where price is outweighing any fun in buying any such treats. Their medium Blizzard now is at like $7. It’s totally insane prices.

Any time I have been here, the staff are very pleasant. It makes me think they like working there. The food is always hot and fast. The amount of food you get for the price is better than you get at another fast food place. If you have their app, you will earn points to redeem on something you like, plus the app has weekly deals for some items.
