I never leave reviews, but I felt it was necessary to tell share my positive experience with you. From the young adults taking our order, to the staff in the dine-in area, everyone at this location was polite, professional and attentive. The customer service was 10/10. Going to the most popular fast food at lunch time is daring to say the least. But to do it with 9 people in your group is even tougher. Sujan helped us find a table for our group and did so for so many people. It was amazing. Then she made sure we had our Food brought to us and even got refills for us. It was as if we were at a full service restaurant. It made the experience so amazing. And Gene helped us get high chairs and placemats for the kids. They were more attentive to us than we would even get at a nice restaurant. Thank you so much!!

I haven’t been to a Chick-fil-A in 20 years because of, ethical and personal reasons. I finally decided now what the changes the company has made in their higher-ups that I could go back.
