This was my first time ever at Spain Wine Bar and wow was I impressed. We had Lourdes as our waitress and she was the reason we loved the place so much. The food was amazing and wine was to die for… BUT Lourdes was the absolute reason we will come here twice a week. We loved the experience and how kind and giving she was. When we asked for suggestions on anything or what was the best tappas to eat she described everything perfectly. I would highly suggest recommending her when you eat here. You will never find another waitress as kind, sweet, and helpful as her. She was very attentive and was in top of things!!

This was by far the best restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Our server Jason was very knowledgeable about every single item on the menu, he provided us with excellent food and drink recommendations based on our individual taste. Highly recommend the pan seared blackened tuna, and the flank steak. Don’t skip the espresso martini to end your meal. Outside seating was amazing, the views of the channel were immaculate. If I could give more stars I absolutely would.

Had 6:45 reservations for a Sunday night and were seated immediately. Stormy weather made for a tiny bit of chaos and out door diners had to be relocated inside. Our server, Marianna was wonderful and so was the food. We love variety and the tapas menu did not disappoint.Favorites included the octopus and the lamb chops. The music was a bit loud, the restaurant has a sophisticated kind of NYC vibe, a lot of well dressed diners with a great view of the bay. Will return.

We stayed at Cambria Hotel… Spain Wine Bar is on the 8th floor!!! View was spectacular!!! Service was impressive. Our server was Lourdes & she was very knowledgeable about our selections for our Charcuterie & Tapas çhoices… Even though it was very busy, we didn’t feel rushed at all. Def will be back!!! Wow! The bottomless brunch is an *experience* and an incredible one! My husband and I dined for Saturday brunch, as recommended by my parents, and it was absolutely amazing! The view is beautiful and so relaxing. We could not believe the smorgasbord our excellent server, Damla, had in store for us! We have never dined like that and felt like royalty. Everything was delicious and fresh! We will now pass it on and recommend Spain to anyone we know visiting OCMD!

My husband and I went here last night for our anniversary. Boy was that a great idea. The place is beautiful especially if you’re there when the sun sets. Magnificent back drop. We had the absolute pleasure of having Giovanni as our waiter. He was fabulous!!! Great suggestions, took tons of photos for us, he was so out going and friendly. Just the kind of wait staff you’d want. Really made us feel welcomed. Thank you Giovanni for making our evening so special. Thank you to the Spain wine bar for a beautiful anniversary dinner. We will definitely be back!!

Hands down one of the best & most unique restaurants in OC! They tapas are top notch and the variety of wines is amazing. The staff are expertly trained and very attentive. Hands down the best views from ANY restaurant in OC. I honestly cannot give this place enough praise. It is a MUST VISIT restaurant/bar when in OC!
