Unbelievably rude “general manager” Chris was not only unhelpful but was arrogant and cutting me off when I explained that the website wasn’t working right and requested information on how to use our rewards. At that point it wasn’t about the glitch as I was happy to order anyways. It was his attitude. After seeing other reviews for this place I have a feeling that he’s the problem. I’m going to move heaven and earth to find the franchise owner now and make sure that Chris gets some customer service training and an attitude adjustment.

Same experience with the manager, unprofessional, arrogant. order was past 45 minutes, and no driver assigned yet, I can understand that could happen however the unprofessionalism of the manager was unacceptable. Arrogance, poor customer service. I will not order again from there. I would not recommend anyone I know to order from there. Whoever is the owner, I would recommend a new manager immediately.

I hadn’t had Papa John’s in a while & it used to be my favorite but, THIS Papa John’s, was HORRIBLE. My delivery took about an hour & 1/2.. My pizza was soggy, TOO much sauce, & COLD. & my papa bites were BURNT. My son LOVES pizza but he wouldn’t touch any of it & I could hardly choke it down but I’d spent so much money on it so…. Never again with this store.

My brother went to go get us pizza and the lady in there was so rude we put our order in an hour before getting there and when we got there it wasn’t ready so he asked when our pizza was gonna be ready and got no response she completely ignored us and when we finally got an answer it was a shrug and she walked off the amount of disrespect my brother received for simply asking when the food would be ready is unacceptable we won’t be coming back.
