This store is dirty. I had hair in my and they refuse to give me my money back even though the food was not eating off of. The customer service is horrible. The crew is dirty and be drunk and smoking cigarettes around people food. The cashiers go grab your food right after helping people with there purchases without gloves or washing there hands

Very good BBQ I ordered 5 bone dinner “hot” flavored not that it will burn your mouth. The portions are Very nice. The BBQ pork ribs are tender flavorful and meaty. The mac not cheese does taste out of a box. Baked beans are on point and added a side of fries. Very good meal overall. When I’m town again I know where to go. Thanks

Save your money and eat at a real bbq spot. They boil the meat and then finish it on the grill – you can TASTE and SEE. Real smoked meat is pink when you bite into it, not white. Real smoked meat has flavor from the hickory, pecan, mesquite or cherry wood that it was smoked with. Bill’s should be ashamed charging these prices for meat you can make at home yourself and I bet it would taste better. Will NEVER order here or visit again.

The food is fire! (Meaning great!) Their in store menu, has “not been updated for a long time”. Service sometimes is not attainable?! … I was door dashing & the guy made eye contact with a couple times, walking about being the counter & where ever… it took @LEAST 5 mins to even address me, then 15 more for food. I asked upon receiving the order “is everything 4sure in here?” He said “ya”. Before leaving parking lot, I accepted a 2nd dash order, same pick up. So I went back in, spoke with a nicer, more attentive employee(maybe the cook, idk?) about my 2nd order, he could find it. 20 mins long story; to some it up, they were out of an item on EACH order, 1 got refunded (FINALLY) after I made them aware door dash cust. srvc was trying to reach them, then they finally answered their phone). Slower than ever! 4 ppl even went in line, b4 the main guy at counter even alnowledged me waiting on him to grab the sides for my order, which he’d forgotten on 1st order. So, over all, food is good, some employees(older man, maybe cook)are nice & helpful, others are SLOW, RUDE & UNATTENTIVE!

I would rate more if they we’re more consistent. Some times I order online & they don’t check the online orders. Sometimes I call and they don’t write down the order & forget. At least it only takes 10/15 mins to get the meal but still I called 30 mins ago for a reason. Secondly, I mostly order the family ribs so I strongly dislike getting small sides when it comes with the 1lb sides. All I ask is to check the orders, especially delivery ones. Tonight I got some and the sides were honestly trash. No seasonings and definitely not cooked long enough. Probably due to rushing. I can’t lie though, the food is fire about 90% of the time.it’s just the minor inconveniences that throw it off. Especially tonight I was not expecting the sides to taste so bad. Gotta love/hate relationship with yaw tonight . #SupportBlackOwnerBusiness
