Waited in line for 10 minutes, by the time we got up there she said sorry no more pizza… even checked her oven and acted like they were out. So we had burgers instead. After we were done with our meal, I walked by on my way out and they had fresh new pizzas out. I would have waited for the new ones to come out, but she acted like they were none. Traveling with 3 kids is hard enough, but adding rude people on top of it doesn’t make it easier. So if they try doing the same, make sure you talk to them like they’re 5 and ask … well… are you planning to make more?

Wanted to tell her to keep my slice in longer but she seemed aggravated so i was like whatever. Ate the pizza cold. The spaghetti and meatballs was tasty and cooked to perfection & hot. The pizza was made new york style. The bread that came with the pasta was good. Its different compared to other sbarros ive been too. Price is decent. Fast service though. Portions cool. Closes 7pm i believe.

It’s ridiculous the way they served the spaghetti meatballs with garlic bread lots of water from spaghetti garlic bread is burned and hard I’d tried to drain some water still had some left next time we stop here I will hand them one of my strainer that they badly needed we had in our truck so they can do their job right make the food taste a little bit better

The pizza dough in the crust was undercooked. The lady also couldn’t get the pizza in the box so just sat it on the glass top and said “here, I can’t get it to close” and my pizza was just resting partly on the nasty glass top :/ She knew and maybe it’s partly my fault for not demanding a new slice. Was just nasty and the pizza is ok….I just tore off what was resting on the top.

The pizza was cold and tasted like they put fake butter on the cheese pizza. I got 1 hot and one cold breadstick. They did not have any Stromboli. I have eaten at a lot of sparrows and this one was the worst.

Arrived at 6:06pm and was hoping for pasta, but they had already stopped service of pasta of any kind since they were closing at 7pm. So don’t expect anything but pizza for dinner. Guess you need to eat pasta for lunch. Really disappointing.

It’s Sbarro….the food isn’t the greatest but it gets the job done I guess. The staff are very nice and helpful at this location. The 3 stars are mainly for the staff, because Sbarro needs to improve their food quality.

Lady up front needs an attitude adjustment. She acts like she doesn’t even want to work and customers is a problem. Pizza needs to go Thur oven twice. Bread was wet and doughy. Mushrooms tasted raw and sauce was cold. But in her defense I did see her just put the pizza up so it needs to go Thur one more time. I worked for a pizza place.

They would not make me a fresh pie.a full pizza and they would not sell me the one they had on display as a full pie. The lady had a bad attitude towards me and 5 pm ibask for tomatoes and they sai they dont have any but the bring a full toat of salt full of tomatoes. and they dont have spinach and they dont have mushrooms..
