I can though and ordered 5 meals which is over $40 for all and they forgot my motz sticks so I called as it’s drive thru only and they said they would run them out as they had a line. I came home and I ordered the wings that I have been on the daily that come in a bowl not with my fries. They put them in a box together (meant for fish meals) and it all all leaking out the bottom which in turn ruined my pants and fries…I called and was told that’s just how they do it..when I said no I always get them in a bowl container as they should be and he argued with me. I unfortunately have to call the general manager tonight as she isn’t in but nothing was done about it he (make manager on duty) honestly just called me wrong. Not impressed with how much I spend and prolly won’t be returning.

How often can a roast beef place run out of roast beef? I’ve seen it twice recently. I’m not saying that I won’t ever be back, but I’m not eager to wait again. Both times I had to wait about 10 minutes in a line to find out there wasn’t roast beef. Put up a sign! The first time I had to wait a further 10-20 minutes to leave. The last time (5/14) I was able to back up and just leave. The time wasted is so much worse than the disappointment about the food supply.

I ordered 2 of the same sandwiches, and they were very different. Not consistent at all the person in the drive though seemed out of place, and the person in front of me kept handing the bags back because of problems. I have been to this Arby’s many times over the years, and service has been slow, but the last couple of times, the food has been below par.

Got to be the worst Arby’s ever. Randomly closed, and when it is open it is staffed by the slowest, most incompetent workers I’ve ever seen. If you really need Arby’s, go to Eau Claire or Hudson.

No dine in most time because of lack of employees? I worked at a fast food restaurant where we had 2 employees and could keep drive-thru and dine-in open. The manager last night probably couldn’t manage their way out of a wet paper bag!
