Came by on the way to SoCal to stop for a snack and bathroom break. Got one order (4) of ground beef and one of cheese empanadas as recommended by the friendly cashier. The empanadas were filled generously and amazingly crispy! The blisters on the empanadas were impressive. Similar to NY Chinese fried egg rolls.The cheese empanada was stringy, soft and had pieces of corn and tomato. Bathroom was clean and everyone was friendly. I would definitely come by again to try more dishes!

Great food and super friendly staff. We had the salmon dish, the veggie bean stew, the meat bean stew, and the shredded beef plate, and were great and with getting again. Appetizers were the plantains , yuka fries, and breaded cheeses balls. All were yummy! Looking forward to trying other menu items in the future!

We really enjoyed Sampa and will be going back. The food was great and they really did a good job with the renovation of the building. The employees where nice and service was great. They could use one or two more kid options but they do have a grilled cheese.
