Horrible owner that is rude and doesn’t know how to run a store. I ordered online and went to pick up my food and it wasn’t ready. That’s fine I will wait, but then after waiting 30 minutes I was told I needed to wait in line and let them know I was there so they can make my pizza even though I had a pick up time that was for 5 pm and now it’s 5:30 pm. I waited in line for 20 minutes and the owner was at the register so I told him that this is ridiculous on how they run mobile orders and he yelled at me and asked me how I would do it. I gave him a few suggestions and he said that’s not how it works here…obviously. I gave him my name so they can start my order and wait another 30 minutes to only find out that the owner pulled the wrong ticket. I really hope Papa Murphy’s realize how awful this owner is for their brand. I miss their original owners and won’t be back until the owner is gone.

My first time here. It took about 10 minutes for anyone to even say hello….they were busy though, so I get it. The pizza was really good. And it was so easy to just go home and throw it in the oven. There’s nothing like hot, fresh pizza.

Ordered ahead and choose a delivery time of 5:30pm. Was notified that it left the store at 5:36pm. I live like 5 minutes from the store and my food finally arrived at 5:47pm so 17 minutes late. Opened up the pizza and thought we got the wrong one because we ordered the square cut. Called the store to make make sure it was ours and talked to the “manager” and all he said was ” Oh we must have missed that” Not that they were sorry just oh. I pointed out that it be wasn’t how I ordered it though. He had no response. Maybe if they an adult in charge he could have handled it better. I was not happy and I doubt we will order from there again. They also said they had their Oreo bites as free today and I was charged for mine. The final straw is that the pizza was barely warm when we got it. 3 strikes and you’re out. Waisted $46 on that meal

Ordered online at 4pm for pick up at 6pm. Came in and pizzas not on online rack. I one of the employees if there were other racks and a grouchy employee said I needed to wait in line. So I wait in line and they can’t find my order. So i show the order confirmation on my phone and the grouchy guy keeps saying he doesn’t have it. Finally he found it and said the receipt didn’t print. So I said free cookies for having to wait? The grouchy guy says no. Not his problem it didn’t print and they are busy. I said not my problem either and a little nicer customer service would be appreciated. So he shouts just grab your cookie dough. I can’t believe you want free stuff. Pretty sure his name was Mark. He is the old guy with the bad disposition. And no..we didn’t grab a cookie dough.

The cowboy pizza was so good added a few more veggies and yum yum in my tum! Also had the hog heaven and it was just right! With a couple of pieces for lunch the next day. I’m so glad that we have the papa murphys in our neighborhood!

Sooooo disappointed in my so-called heart shaped pizza for Valentine’s Day. Every year for Halloween we always get a pumpkin pizza from here. Last year’s was not very good but I didn’t put too much thought into it. Then, today happened! Now I’m not happy at all! I mean the whole reason I went here was to surprise my kids with a heart shaped pizza just to come home and see this! Thankfully, I was able to make some adjustments and fix it so my kids were happy and excited again! Come one Papa Murphy’s if you are going to advertise a shape or design, then make it what its supposed to be. I wonder how many other people had to do this when they go home as well. I’ll be going to Dominos for my special holiday pizzas now.
