Definitely do not recommend ordering online from this place. Ordered pizza at 9 pm and it’s 11:30pm and haven’t received anything as of now. Showed up to the store and the customer service was not top tier, the lady working front desk was not cooperative at first and language was inappropriate.

This is the worst location. I ordered pizza from here and they cancelled my order when they are open until 12 placed the order at 11. also when i called the location they picked up and hung up. i called 2 more times and they did the same. I really don’t think this is good customer services. Management should really do something in correcting this. The whole picking up and me hearing maybe 3 or 4 people… I really don’t know what to say about that behaver. this location is just nasty

Beyond disrespectful and the manager thinks she’s the OWNER. They cooked a nasty a pizza for me and when I asked to bring it back for a fresh 1. The product is still there except 1 slice was bitten off of. She told me they don’t do that and because they’re franchisee that they don’t have follow dominoes rules. And she said all this AFTER I told her I’m recording the conversation because I’m sending it to corporate. I will make sure I push this issue I RECORDED THE CALL and will make sure corporate hears how she handles customer’s complaints not to mention she told me she can’t give me her managers name because that’s confidential. Which is also on record. SHE DEFINITELY NEEDS TO BE FIRED she wouldn’t give her name this call took place at 8:44p 04/08/23

This Domino’s is terrible. I ordered a pizza and it was wrong I took it back up to the store. One employee didn’t know the difference from marinara sauce and Alfredo sauce. Then while they were remaking our pizza one employee was straight talking smack. He was young with blonde tips in his hair. He straight told me not to come back he is very loud rude and obnoxious and he also doesn’t know what Domino’s original sauce is. All he did the whole time is run his mouth. This company doesn’t care at all about their customers. Stay away from this Domino’s location! You will be treated badly then they will make the worst pizza you will ever taste.
