Had the Monday special. Two pizza’s for $21.99. Choose the meat lovers pizza and the date night pizza. The flavors of the pizza was excellent. The only thing is if your looking for a thick crust . Your getting thin crust. Meat Lovers pizza had plenty of toppings.

A friend and I went in hoping to purchase a slice of pizza each. After finding out they had no pepperoni slices available we decided to go with cheese which we thought would be a good second choice. Each side was $6 as a pizza lover I was totally okay with the cost. We were told that it was going to be a 10-15 minute wait so we figured it would be worth the wait! However, once we sat down to wait for our pizza we watch the worker go in the freezer and grab the FROZEN pieces of pizza. I was mind blow!!! My friend said we should cancel our order and get our money back I said let’s wait maybe it will worth it and actually taste good! Long story short it was A BAD DECISION! Not only did they place both pieces of cheese pizza on top of each other instead of giving us two separate boxes and it tasted horrible. And not like there was too much cheese there was a doughy taste. The pieces were sticking to one another literally. We took one small bite each of one piece and through it away. Total waste of money!! It is unfortunate that as a new business offers FROZEN slices of pizza hence the name. If I was told it was going to be frozen then I would have left and went to the store and baked my own whole pizza for the same price.

Stopped in for lunch on a Sunday. I’ve heard so many great things about Saddleback as a company, I fought through the construction (not bad at all if you’re coming from the south) to check out this new location. My least favorite part was the fact that a place called Slice does indeed sell by the slice, but does not have any readily available- at least not on Sunday lunch. We waited for our two slices and jammer bread outside because we had a toddler. We enjoyed the writing on the walls inside and the pizza was pretty good. The jammer bread was a cheese bread with the tiniest taste of sweet. Two slices and bread was kinda costly ($20+) but I know this company gives back to the community so it was money well spent.

Delicious pizza, the young lady making the pizza was more than helpful and friendly. I tried the pulled pork barbecue pizza (added pepperoni no peppers).

This location for saddle back by the slice is truly phenomenal. My families favorite is the green and white pizza and the Supreme pizza. They have a ton of options and we really love the breadsticks too. They have excellent customer service and greet you with a smile. The toast app also gives you rewards the more you come, and after you eat the pizza, you’ll be coming back again the next day like we did to try a different flavor because it was so good. I am so glad to have such a great business in South lansing, what a great addition!! They also have party deals for larger orders. 10/10 recommended checking them out if you haven’t

Some cool and interesting options for toppings on an extremely dry pizza on a charred crust. Maybe that’s because I just ordered a slice instead of a whole pizza, but the slice was at least $10…. I expected better

Hands down some of the best pizza I’ve had in a while. Some may consider the pizza slices to be on the thin side, but I honestly think it’s a perfect balance. The crust is also well balanced, not too doughy, or thin, just perfect. The toppings are on the higher end of things. The pulled/shredded pork on my pizza was great. The price for one 14″ pizza was about $18, a bit more than some pizza chain, but it makes up for it with quality. I would sooner rather spend a few extra dollars to support a local business than save a couple of dollars supporting a corporation.

The flavor was pretty good. Nice amount of cheese, and the right amount of sauce – not too much, not too little. And the sauce tasted good.

4 wings, 8 dollars. Definitely not worth the price. Get your wings anywhere else that values your hard earned dollar.
