Disclamer: I have had issues ordering from here in years past BUT I came in today to make an order and was extremely pleased with the service. I wasnt sure what coupons were available and the staff worked with me to order and they went out of their way to assist with a payment issue I had. The manager Brenda was helpful and pleasant in asking her staff for assistance and the 3 other individuals I dealt with were VERY pleasant, kind, and patient. Every person that walked into the store was immediately greeted and it felt sincere. I don’t think enough people that go above and beyond at establishments like this get the respect, appreciation, and recognition they deserve.

Our delivery order seemed to be taking forever so we tried to call maybe 10 times before anyone answered. They took forever to check on our order and confirmed it would be another 12 minutes. The pizza finally arrived after 2 hours 20 minutes from placing the order.

I placed a delivery order today. Usually they are pretty good. Today, it took them almost an hour and a half to get it to me. Over an hour from when the tracker said they were quality checking it. I tried calling the store three different times. All three times I let the phone ring for over 5 minutes and no one picked up the phone. I finally got my order and one of the items, an Italian Sausage Marinara Pasta, was just a bowl of cheese and marinara. There was no pasta and no sausage. This is the worst I have gotten from them. The person working today should be fired, who I believe was Pablo.

The worst pizza location you can order from!!! I ordered delivery for a pizza and even included tip and I’ve been waiting for 2+ hours for my pizza.I called there shop about 10 times before I received an answer and all they said was “It’s still being delivered, we have no driver” if you have no drivers don’t accept delivery. This pizza location is 5 minutes away from my location and it’s a disappointment ordering from here. Plus if your looking for customer service management is very rude 10/10 don’t recommend

Literally what all of the other 1 star reviews said. They took the money, marked the order as delivered even though it was not, and didn’t answer the phone. Needless to say, we pulled up and got the pizza and the money back.

I never received my order and the driver never moved from the store on the tracker app but they marked it as delivered. I called the store 20 times with no answer and I paid for my food and delivery fee and tip! Will never order from this location ever again!

6/4/2021 – STAY AWAY & Do not patronize this Dominos location. Ordered 2 pizzas with light cheese on one side. The pizza was prepared with no cheese on the one side of each ordered pizza. Horrible service & this was the 3rd incident at this location. My opinion is to select another Dominos location.
