Micheal is the best manager I’ve ever seen. He took our orders and was probably the kindest and most respectful person I’ve ever meet at this Zaxby’s. He is one of the main reasons I’ll be returning back to this Zaxby’s. Treating me like an actual human being speaks volumes! I hope he gets rewarded for his demeanor! He double checked on our food and it was steaming hot and everything was correct. Which is a stretch for Zaxby’s! Awesome experience!

Dirty dirty dirty. Family went in to try this place out for the first time while in this state. Dirty dirty dirty. The pic doesn’t shore that much but there’s crumbs everywhere …. Ewww . And it’s only Noon and no more people inside. People dont even greet you here. I guess southern hospitality is just a myth.

This location is usually a pretty good one to stop and grab a bite to eat. The last time we went in though, into the restaurant, because the drive-up line was wrapped halfway around the building. Once we got inside the nearly empty restaurant it took about a minute for the guy operating the register to see there was anyone in line. He was friendly and took our order quickly. While we were waiting, we found why the drive-up line was so long, the girls working the drive up were more interested in socializing than doing their job. The food came out of the kitchen quick enough, but appeared to be haphazardly tossed together onto the plate. Even though there were only two tables taken, it took us a minute to find a table that was clean, or at least clean enough.

Went in with my buddy after a disastrous time at Wendy’s. Much more active and were greeted upon entry. I’m always a fan of the Nibbler’s Meal and we chowed down and left satisfied. Place was pretty clean and staff friendly

It’s 8:51 06:08/2023 I just purchased a sandwich meal and it was uncooked , the meat was real tough to bite in too like it was uncooked, I wanted to take it back in there but I just threw it away . That’s was I get for eating fast food. I am never coming back here , unless I need fries on a quick day .

Recent visit on May 10th 2023. Order a salad in drive thru. The house salad had old, chewy chicken and it looked like one grilled chicken tender was added to the salad.I completed survey and called the store. Corporate offered a discount, the restaurant mgr Michael offered to replace salad I did come back the next day, went into the restaurant. New salad wasn’t much better. I can definitely see corners being cut to save money. In the future I’ll save my money make it at home or order something else.
