Newer taco bell that I recently found out about. I pulled up to drive thru. The parking lot was clean and the drive thru only had 1 person ordering before me. When I pulled up I was greeted and asked if I needed a minute or if I knew what I wanted. They confirmed my order and repeated as I asked for no items on a few things that I ordered. They told me at the screen and showed what the total was. I pulled up and was thanked again I gave them my card and they handed me my drink. Scanned and handed me receipt and the bag was out in a matter of minutes. Everything was excellent and everything was perfect

Wow…. JUST… WOW…. I ordered the combo burrito and taco meal and was shocked on the portion nevermind the price. The burrito USE to be a big thick burrito. NOW… well, there’s more tortilla shell than filling. The same with the taco, barely any filling. If you’re gonna charge almost $11 then fill it!!! Don’t skimp on the food, that’s not value… IT’S A RIP OFF!!!!

Worst staff ever , I was in a hurry ‍♂️ so i ordered on the way 15mins early in drive thru . When i reach there it’s too rush. So, i went inside & said the cashier girl same and ask her if she can give it here . Without answering anything she went inside and laughing I didn’t understand anything and waited there for 15mins calling them no one responded. Then i again went into drive thru waited for 20 more mins, when i reach the window i askd that girl why she laughed at me?? She said she didn’t understand what i said without asking it again she went inside & laughing worst & disrespectful staff ‍ ‍ i have ever seen .

Expect to wait a long time to get food, at least if you go in. Drive thru may be different. We went there and ordered our food then the wait began. After waiting 15 minutes the manager came over and realized the they didn’t even start with the order yet and to give you a clearer idea there was only one person in front of us when we arrived. Total time was just over 30 minutes and we only ordered 2 tacos, 2 crunch wraps and 2 roll ups. Will not be returning.

They opened a taco bell close by I was so happy that’s one of my favorite restaurants unfortunately I have had some issues and that’s ok they are in training I get it but when I see someone using my tortilla as a cleaning rag that to me was very unexeptable I wanted my money back and told the manager to look at the camera and he didn’t seem to care.nice job

the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. got a party box ordered online prior to getting there. they seem to bit unaware of the online order once I was there and all of the crispy tacos were stale, at least that’s what I hope they were. they tasted like crayons and were uneditable. would recommend to anyone looking at this one to avoid avoid avoid
