Wow. Impressively terrible. Allow me to walk you through the experience… first we get there and we go to the counter to look on the huge display board menu above the registers, we asked a question about an item menu and informed they “dont do orders here you have to use that kiosk”. oh okay, but how bout that menu item we asked about.. the girl goes and asks and apparently they sell some but not all of the products displayed. Lol. Okay. So we go to the kiosk and theres no complete menu , you gotta go into 50 million folders. Ordering is no longer an event , but a journey you must provide ample time for cause no one is going to assist you in anything. Eventually submitted our order and take a seat at the very first booth, in a dead quite restaurant (im talking maybe two other families) when this employee starts whispering my name im talking WHISPERING, even the librarian would ask this man to speak up, roll her eyes, and walk away. I guess after the fifth time my friend finally heard the whispers, goes and gets the food. Wow. I had the crunch wrap supreme and it tasted like it was all filled with that nasty fake cheese they serve thats good but just not appetizing as a whole meal. Every bite id expect it to have any other ingredient, but it was always a bite drowned in cheese. I never thought id complain about too much cheese, but here we are not finishing our crunchy fake cheese with a quesadilla wrap acting only as a means to get the fake cheese vessel to my mouth. Did it sustain me ? Yes. So ya….. i guess i give out stars for keeping the customer alive these days..

I went to this Taco Bell about 2 weeks ago and ordered a spicy potato soft taco. I do not eat meat, I was given a regular soft taco, but was charged for a spicy potato soft taco w avocado ranch, which is what I asked for. I called and complained, was asked to come inside for a remake. I was eventually greeted by a manager, who asked for a remake. Generally this would be a good review, with compliments to the service. But I was given old potatoes, which ruined my taco. I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it, I also was too mad to drive all the way across town again to complain. Very dissatisfied.

One of my absolute favorite tacobells in the world. Always great service and rarely do I ever have issues with the food or my order overall. Not having Baja blast in over a week to give me my fix is my only issue right now but I’m sure it’ll be resolved soon. Thank you everyone who works there for being awesome

Ordering through drive thru was great. To discover that over have of the money spent wasn’t even put in the bag was ridiculous. It was two orders. There was a lot of joking and all observed through the window. Which tells me that there’s a lack of discipline and supervision on shift. If Taco Bell isn’t going to have a staff that provides the food ordered and paid for as it was ordered and paid for then they need to comp everyone’s meal. Customers should not have to spend extra time and lose money making up for the mistakes and negligence of the Tacl Bell staff!

I’ve bought from this Taco Bell multiple times but Almost every time they miss something it’s so annoying, I just want a taco without having to deal with something missing. And of course they had to miss the cinnamon twists! This time they missed three things!

Spent 29 minutes waiting for an order that was called in ahead of time. No less than 8 orders were prepared and picked up by other customers while I waited!!! I WILL NEVER USE THIS TACO BELL AGAIN!!!! I highly recommend you don’t either!!!!

Order for delivery from this Taco Bell, I didn’t receive my drinks that were supposed to come with the meal. Not sure if this is the Taco Bell’s fault or the Doordash’s fault but either way I was highly displeased with the turn out.

Taco Bell it’s okay they actually been slacking on their service atmosphere and even the food. They need to get a pep in their step and tighten up because if not I’m going to stop you can go in there cuz that their food is starting to really suck I’d be better off staying home and making my own tacos.
