The customer service is horrible! The young girl working today had the worst attitude ever, all because they’re card machine wasn’t working and I would have to go get cash and didn’t want my food sitting out(called in my order which was already completed) she tells me I don’t have to get it(with the nastiest attitude), they need to have these young adults take some training!

The service was great but the wings taste different somehow. I don’t know if it’s the grease they use or what but I’m not liking it. It tasted very greasy, like they were using old grease or something. I guess they might have changed their recipe. It used to be awesome. I’m going to hold off on going there for a while.

I used to love. This place, but the service the last few times has been less than par. Went to pick up our food one time to be told they had given it away because we got there 30 mins after ordering and she supposedly tried to call us several times, I never received a call. Then when we called to order again a couple weeks later the woman had us on speaker phone and was rather rude and indignant asking “are you even going to pick it up this time, cuz last time I got this order no one showed” which was not the case. Then I arrived 20 mins after ordering, which I was told it should be ready in 15-20 mins, only to find out they still hadn’t started making our food yet and had to wait another 30 mins with my kids
