We dined in for lunch and tested out two classics, Cheese Pizza and Caesar Salad. They were both mediocre and nothing special or outstanding. The crust of the pizza was cooked very variably and had no flavor but the cheese had a pretty nice texture. A positive was that the service was pretty timely.

Updated review: After posting a low review for a messy, under-cooked pizza last night, the owner responded to my review very quickly, looking for feedback and a chance to course correct. He compensated me for the issue and it was easy to see how much he cares about his business and clients’ experience. I tried the cranberry chicken salad today along with a very tasty complimentary caprese salad. Both were very fresh and well executed. Thanks to Pasquale and his staff for making me fan!

Pepperoni pizza, the best around. All pies are on beautiful dough, great crust, cooked perfectly, a true Jersey pizza joint. The rest of the menu, from what I’ve experienced over the past 15+ years, has much left to be desired. Stuck with the pizza, don’t expect anything from the rest.

We have stopped by Brothers’ Pizza in Hamilton for a take-out, on a busy Friday night. The parking was filled to the brim with some customers having to double park their cars – it attests to the restaurant’s evident popularity and good reputation earned by hard works in the last 40 years (one year shy).

It was a nice pizzeria pretty packed for a Thursday night. Pizza was decent not a big fan of the meatball sub lacked flavor. The soup was not as hot as we liked and the Mozzarella sticks were ok a little on the bland side also. We did enjoy the Bruschetta it was the most flavorful thing we ordered. Our waitress was Gaby she did give us great service just wish our taste buds were more pleased.

Sad to see how prices are going up but the quality and quantity of food is going down. You can really tell when food businesses are getting more and more frugal or cheap. Cutting corners. The picture of my pizza says it all. Taste of the dough and sausage was disappointing. Brothers has gone down big time.. Even charged me extra and gave me the wrong item. I feel we need to find a good pizza place in Hamilton or just make it yourself at home. It is less disappointing.

Pizza was ok just one of 3 pizza look realy nasty had to take out the cheese & eat the 3rd pizza with out it for a walk of 1 hour & 30min not worth it. Though the workers were friendly & service fast if I go by car I’ll be back again just wont walk 1 hour & 30 min there.

Brother’s has been my favorite since I was a kid. I haven’t been there in about a year and after my recent visit I’m reminded not only that the food is great but the service is too. We were in on a busy Friday night and one of the owners was very actively helping the wait staff, the cooks… Old school pride of ownership! Brother’s has the best food and service.

We got takeout – a regular cheese pizza for me and a veggie with vegan cheese for my partner. We definitely really appreciate that they offer vegan cheese, which is helping the rating. The veggie pizza was really packed with veggies, which we thought was wonderful. The mushrooms were probably canned, so that’s not ideal. I thought the cheese pizza was pretty decent, but isn’t my favorite. The flavor of the cheese wasn’t exceptional, and the crust was tougher than I’d like. Also, the slices at the counter in the restaurant didn’t look especially appetizing – they looked dry and hard. We will probably go back, especially when we don’t have a pack of vegan cheese on hand to bring to our favorite pizza shop.
