Horrible service. Went there about 4am wanted to order two breakfast sandwiches and 20 nuggets and a large coke.. lg fri. Told us that we could only order one or the other then we asked to order some burgers they tell us we don’t have burgers we can only make you chicken nuggets. Said ok then I just want 20 nuggets fries and a drink no they gave us 40 nuggets instead and made me wait 45 minutes for my food.. will not be returning to this location highly don’t recommend..

So bad. Ordered just a Filet o Fish sandwich by itself and it wasn’t fresh. You’d think fish would be fresh but nope, not here. Gosh wasn’t even hot and all of the edges were hard! Won’t go back. The whole place has gone downhill over the last couple of years.

I pulled it into the drive-thru at 3:13am. I waited at the ordering box for 6 minutes before pulling up to the window, where I had the wave down an employee who finally came to the window. When I ordered a sausage biscuits, I was told they didn’t have that at this time. I asked what was included in the all-day breakfast menu. I was told they don’t do that at this location, and I would have to wait until 4am. Even though the big lit up menu stated that they had all-day breakfast , I’m not sure whos lying? The employees, or the menu board?

For a 24 hour restaurant and stopped at 430 to get something to eat to take some medication and they told me they where closed. Due to a “rush” and getting breakfast prepared and that they would be opened at 5 like I was going to wait at a truck stop to get food when the sign stated that a restaurant was 24 hour. Which I waited for 5 mins in drive thru for them walked it. Poor customer service and advertising

I just wanna say for those of you who come here and complain about the food price, the company can’t help it. It’s the deal this location makes with Oasis. They HAVE to raise the price a bit in order to keep open. As for the service, they are pretty fast. If you get mad at a cashier because your food is taking too long just know first off, it’s the cook, not the cashier, that determines the time it takes for food (unless it’s fries) and second off, if you see someone taking an order while you’re waiting for your food and others getting served NO, THEY DIDNT FORGET YOU. It just means your food isn’t up yet. Also, the things that take the longest to make are the Chicken Sandwiches, McChickens,, Filet O’fish, and McNuggets because they are usually cooked right then and there. So please be patient

They are robbing people here. straight up.. I purchased 2 McChickens…. 1 cheeseburger 2 drinks … and it was damn near 20 fkn dollars…… thats a 6-7 dollar order …. I get its an oasis… a slight up charge. but 300% upcharge?! I am complaining not only to corporate but to the state for gouging .

We stopped by around one in the morning on the way home. Spent 20 minutes here as there was a line and the employees were slow. The cashier was very rude and did not try to hide the fact that she hated being there. I get that it’s third shift and that they were understaffed, but she didn’t have to take it out on the customers. She treated all the customers rudely while everyone remained patient with the slow service. She mentioned multiple times that there were only the two of them so they couldn’t keep up. A lot of the menu items were not available because they didn’t have time to do it. I observed the workers and the cook was wiping down the counters with a dirty rag. He then proceeded to use the same gloves to prep our food. Who knows where else those gloves had been. Considering it was so busy, both he and the cashier were moving at snail pace. Next time, I’ll eat from the gas station or drive further.
